The unit and the theming are A. The real issue is the hosts and the lack of upkeep in the unit. Here are the PROs-Lots of rooms-Very cool theming-Nice backyard and pool-LocationCONs:-Many, many lights (including LED strip lights in most rooms) were either burnt out or not working-Rooms and bathrooms were DARK-Shower stalls were basically slippery plastic, whatever grip they had is now gone. It is seriously not safe. -Pinball machine totally non functional-Arcade machine buttons were sticky to the point they were not usable-Host did not provide instructions until I had to call VBRO while I was in the Orlando Airport to figure out how to get to and into the unit.-A random repair person opened the locked front door to change the battery??? No heads up from the hosts.-Jukebox is not functional-While all rooms had TVs, several of the rooms had no remotes. I hunted for an hour to find a TCL remote for the bedroom I was in. There was none to be found.-There are two fans in the patio. 1 is completely non-functional -There were only 8 forks for a house that sleeps 20, Same with big plates. We had to go out and buy paper plates, cups and plastic utensils.-When we arrived, none of the bathroom outlets worked. Had to find the breaker box and flip the GFCI breaker for the bathrooms in order to get power-The rooms with LED strip lights did not all have remotes. The rooms that did have remotes had dead batteries.I have more, but that is all they allow 2 type
