POOL & SPA HEATING
Pool and spa heat is available for an additional fee of $40 per day and must be added for the full length of your stay.
Pool heat should be requested before arrival, preferably at least 48 hours in advance, so it can be scheduled properly.
Pool temperature is typically set to approximately 86–88 degrees. Spa temperature may be set up to approximately 104 degrees when activated by the timer. The spa does not remain heated like a traditional hot tub and only heats while the timer is running.
Please note that pool heating is not guaranteed during colder weather, especially when outdoor temperatures drop below 60 degrees. During Central Florida cold fronts or winter nights, pool heaters may take longer to warm the water or may not reach the expected temperature until weather conditions improve.
Pool heat cannot always be activated or deactivated on short notice. Previously ordered pool heat is non-refundable unless there is a verified technical malfunction with the pool heating equipment. If a malfunction occurs, the pool heat charge will be refunded for the time the service was unavailable.
POOL SERVICE
The pool is serviced weekly to help keep the water balanced and ready for guests. Service is typically completed on Thursday or Friday. A pool technician may briefly access the pool area during your stay.

Guests have access to the full private home, private pool and spa area, game room, movie theater room, pool table lounge, kitchen, laundry, bedrooms, bathrooms, and included ChampionsGate resort amenities.
PARKING & COMMUNITY RULES
ChampionsGate Resort is a private gated resort community with parking and safety rules enforced by the community.
Parking reminders:
Driveway parking is available for approximately 3–4 standard vehicles.
Street parking may be available in approved areas near the home.
Do not block driveways, sidewalks, pedestrian walkways, parking signs, or fire hydrants.
Do not park on grass. Repair costs for damaged sprinklers may be passed on to the guest.
Commercial vehicles, refrigeration trucks, RVs, recreational vehicles, ATVs, boats, watercraft, buses, and trailers are not permitted in the community.
Polaris Slingshot vehicles and similar three-wheeled vehicles are not permitted.
ChampionsGate Resort has safety patrols that monitor noise complaints, parties, improperly parked vehicles, and suspicious activity. Roving patrol typically operates from 7:00 PM to 3:00 AM.
HOUSE RULES
Minimum booking age is 25.
No parties, events, or gatherings larger than the confirmed reservation total.
No pets are permitted.
No smoking inside the home.
Please keep doors and windows closed while the air conditioning is running.
Please report any damage or maintenance concerns right away.
No tape, adhesives, or sticky materials on walls, furniture, stair railings, or surfaces.
Remote controls should be left in the rooms where they belong.
Please remove leftovers and personal belongings before checkout.
Please place trash in bags and put bagged trash in the designated trash containers near the garage/front of the home.
Guests are asked to load and start the dishwasher before checkout.
Guests are asked to place used towels in the washing machine and start the washer before checkout.
WIFI, CABLE & INTERNET
The home includes WiFi, cable, and internet service. These services are provided by third-party companies. Area outages or provider interruptions are outside of the host’s control and are not refundable.
If you experience an internet issue, try unplugging the modem and router for one minute, then plugging them back in.
PACKAGES & DELIVERIES
Amazon, UPS, FedEx, and food or grocery delivery services may deliver directly to the door.
USPS packages and standard mail will not be delivered because the home does not have a mailbox for guest use.

- We know you`re on vacation, but we would appreciate that you place dishes in dishwasher and run the dishwasher before you check out.
- Please place used towels in washing machine and run washing machine before you check out. We`ll do the rest.
- DO NOT leave doors and windows open (Florida is hot, the a/c will stop working and you`ll have insects, or lizards visiting you in your sleep. ;)
- Accidents happen. Inform us immediately about any damage. This way we can ensure the house remains in perfect condition for all our guests.
