This is our second time staying here. It's also my first time to stay for a month. We really enjoyed it, almost felt like being home. My grandkids really enjoyed the fact that the pool was nice and warm.

Fabulous Villa

What a wonderful 2 week stay, thank you. The villa is perfectly located for the Disney parks and yet so very peaceful. The house is airy and bright - even nicer than the photos. It was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. My husband fished in the lake and caught plenty of fish. I watched from the pool, also taking in the dragonfly, squirrels and birds - so tranquil. Check in was easy and lots of info in the handover book. We would highly recommend and look forward to staying in the future.

Great 2 week stay in quality home with an ideal location. South facing pool area is perfect with sun pretty much all day. Daniel was on hand for any questions we had. Only slight criticism would be the beds which are probably needing an upgrade! Apart from that the home is pretty much flawless.

Excellent Close Location for WDW

Wow what a lovely villa in Oak Island Harbour. Clean, tidy, spacious, updated to a high standard and quiet location. Villa has everthing required even a kettle for our English tea. We have stayed at a few properties around the lake and Formosa Gardens over the past few years and this is the best so far. Have always stayed in this area as one of the closest communities to WDW that enables you to have a swim/jacuzzi and rest pm and return to the parks for the fireworks. Universal is about 15 to 20mins up the I4 depending on traffic.Daniel was an excellent host answering all our Q's quickly.Yes we will book again for our next visit.

Fantastic location for this comfortable, safe and modern villa.

From the moment we arrived, we knew we’d enjoy our stay at this villa. The communication from the owner was perfect in advance of our stay too. The villa was so comfortable and clean and in a FANTASTIC location, every possible restaurant and main store you could think of were within a 10 minute drive and Disney World was only a few minutes longer. The villa has everything you could need and was so spacious, we even spent some nights just chilling in the villa as it was so relaxing. The neighbourhood felt safe too. Would defo recommend.

Perfect for our Disney Vacation

This property was perfect for our family vacation to both Disney and Universal studios. 15-20 minutes away from all parks and made for a great rest day between the long park days. Would definitely recommend for families.

Great location

This location is great for two reasons, the proximity to 192 and the lake. We are not park people so we enjoyed the warm pool and jacuzzi and watching the birds and wildlife. Another bonus is the house is in a cull de sac so traffic is light. There are televisions in all rooms. The house met all of our needs and we look forward to returning. The management company was very responsive to any questions we had during our two month stay.

Christmas with Family

We had a great time. We used the pool everyday and it was warm enough for me to enjoy! The neighborhood is very peaceful with not a lot of traffic on our street. It was located near all the restaurants you could possible want! I would recommend it.

An outstanding experience

Absolutely lovely property, we stayed for 2 weeks in October and very much enjoyed it. Its nicely furnished on the inside and is ideal for a family. A short drive away from the disney parks and has a big Walmart just down the road. The pool is perfect for a morning swim or to relax at after a day in the parks. Daniel was great and answered all of our questions. He was also helpful during hurricane Milton which occurred during our stay. Would highly recommend!

Excellent

This was our second stay at this excellent property. Situated in a quiet location and backing on to a lake, the house is ideal for a vacation close to the attractions. Very clean and well maintained with all the facilities needed for an enjoyable stay, plus great communication from the owner.

Beautiful home, great location

Lovely pool area and comfortable spaces to lounge in. Very clean but behind bedside cabinet and bed found tissues etc. Also mattress in one of the bedrooms needs changed as we rolled into the middle.

Stay was great! We are going to miss the pool. Bed in master needs to be replaced but overall we loved the property. Communication from the host was spot on!!! We will stay again!

Fantastic Villa!

The villa was perfect for us, we stayed for 2 weeks and had a great time. It was spacious and very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. The bedroom and en-suite were very spacious and the rainfall shower was brilliant. We especially loved the outside area, the large pool was perfect and the views of the lake were spectacular. It’s in a great location and the host was very responsive to any queries we had, we’d love to come and stay again.

Comfy cozy house

House was just what I anticipated. Spacious family areas, large master room with big ensuite and wardrobes. Bed was comfy (looked like 2 pushed together). Upstairs bedrooms were nicely presented, one of the queens mattress sagged a bit in the middle so we used the other bed instead. We paid for the pool to be heated so was nice to go in and used the jacuzzi a couple times. Easy access to the 192, Disney parks and local shops. Would I stay here again, definitely.

Our Family Trip

We enjoyed our stay here! The home was very clean. The home was a great location near the Disney parks and on our rest days the neighborhood lake scene was very tranquil. We would stay here again.
