We had a wonderful time at this property! The house was decorated phenomenally, on site pool was lovely, and the community pool/splash pad/playground were an added bonus. The house was exactly as described and the owner was very responsive and timely to all messages. The location was ideal for multiple day outings for our group; including Cocoa Beach, Zoo Tampa, and Sea World.Our only suggestion would be to add an additional refrigerator. With the number at people the house sleeps it was hard to keep things refrigerated without going to the store every other day. Overall we had a wonderful time and would book again in the future!

Great stay at Solara Resorts

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this property. First, let us say that our host, Alan, was amazingly responsive to our needs and inquiries. The home was very clean and exactly as advertised. If we were to suggest anything it would be to have the ice makers hooked up and working. Alternatively, the description should state explicitly that guest should furnish their own ice. We were caught off gaurd. Very minor issue in what as otherwise a great stay. I’m

October family trip

The Villa was as advertised. Spacious and well appointed. We ended up only have 10 people so there was ample room (3 bedrooms didn't get used). Some opportunities for improvement would be ceiling fans in the rooms. My guests upstairs felt it was too warm/stuffy and some mold smell. Better airflow could help. We also saw some bugs on the countertop in the kitchen. Not overwhelming but enough to cause some concern. Improved pest control service would help. I would absolutely rent this house again as the two things listed above are simply areas to improve upon.

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 "An Absolute Dream Stay! A Slice of Paradise!" From the moment we arrived at this enchanting themed home, we were utterly spellbound. Our gracious host, Alan Chen, made sure everything went as smooth as possible and even had chocolate, popcorn and more waiting for us. The attention to detail was simply awe-inspiring. Every corner of the property exuded elegance and charm, as if it had been plucked straight from the pages of a luxury lifestyle magazine. From the impeccably of the home to the breathtaking panoramic views of the lake, every aspect of our stay was a feast for the senses. The accommodations themselves were nothing short of perfection. Every amenity imaginable was provided, ensuring our comfort and convenience at every turn. The beds were sumptuously plush, guaranteeing a restful night's sleep, while the state-of-the-art kitchen was a culinary enthusiast's paradise, equipped with top-of-the-line appliances and utensils fit for a master chef. But beyond the physical splendor of the property, what truly set this experience apart was the warmth and hospitality of our host. Alan Chen went above and beyond to ensure that our every need was not only met but exceeded. From thoughtful gestures like a personalized welcome basket to making sure we had a pack and play and heat be turned on at the right time, his genuine care and attention to detail made us feel like treasured guests in their own home. Our only regret is that we couldn't stay longer.

Awesome!!!

I enjoyed my stay. From the moment of booking until the time of check out everything was amazing. Great space, beautiful rooms, spacious and our host was always available for the questions I had. I have no complaints, and definitely recommend. Me and my family cannot wait to come back!!!

Love the themed room!!

We have stayed in other places in the pass and lets just say the photos were not what reality not. BUT NOT IN THIS CASE!! Children where thrilled to stay in the ice castle room and hang around with the minions. Place is very will kept. This is for sure a what you see is what you get type of place. Host was very nice and always responded whenever we messaged.
