The staff was very friendly. The rooms were setup so oddly. There was paint all over the curtains in the bedroom and on the lights in the bathroom. You can hear the TV in the room next door and anything going on outside. Its not very private. A hotel feels more private than here. But they had excellent food places right across the street.

We tried to check in at the location we booked and they did not have our reservation on file. We had to drive 20+ minutes to one of their other locations to stay which was out of the way for the activities we had planned. We paid for the location that fit our trip. This was a total inconvenience.

When we arrived to donour check in. There is was not reservation. The hotel was full and thry moved us to another location of the same hotel. They wanted us to pay doble fees, we had to discuss this until they fixed. Terrible hotel service. Won't recommend your time and monry here.

Check in was late because of traffic in Jacksonville. I've stayed here a few times already with no issues. When I got there, nobody was at the front desk. Sign said they would return soon. I waited. 15-20 minutes and nobody. I walked into the back office and asked if anyone was there and sure enough, the clerk was in the back; The front door has no Bell or Chime to let them know someone entered the lobby. That's a safety issue for the night clerk and I told the lady at check out that it should be addressed. The room was clean and comfortable and relatively quiet. I was on the second floor and only had people below me who appeared to sleep during the day and stay outside at night. I like this resort due to it's proximity to the parks and the safety of the area. I will stay again dependent on the current room pricing.

Clean room but we got a kitchenette and it is small and dont have stove, also be careful lwoth the charges , hotel charge a d deposit , i had it charge 2 times and they said it was pending, yeah right. But i have to asked to make sure. I will not stay there again, i will stay in other hotels better as i was doing it before, but that happens when you try new things.
