I knew it wasn't good the minute she said no buffet during the week only on weekends, doors in lobby slamming because they couldn't change the door closer, was supposed to be the best buffet in Orlando, horrible. Coffee, packaged muffins, white toast, waffle and coffee. Room was even worst, 32" TV, phone didn't work, sink clogged, only thing that work great was the refrigerator until that awful noise it made. Luckily it was just one night.

Hotel picked for a low rate, but quickly realized that "low price" comes with a high cost in terms of quality and service.Will not be returning. The Experience: • Hidden Costs: Despite booking through a third party, there were unexpected additional fees at check-in. • Poor Service: Check-in took an eternity. To make matters worse, we were assigned the furthest possible room, and after hiking there with all our luggage, the room key didn't even work. • Cleanliness Issues: The room was not well-maintained. I found a quarter on the floor, which is a clear sign that the carpets aren't being vacuumed diligently. The closet was filthy and only contained one hanger. • Worn Out Decor: The furniture was stained, the headboard had cracks, and the night lamp was literally rusting. The Room: We were given a minimal amount of towels, and the overall feel of the room was "worn out." We were incredibly relieved that we only booked for one night. Bottom Line: Even for a budget stay, there should be a baseline of cleanliness and functional service. If you're looking for a bargain, keep looking—this isn't it.

The staff was nice, but gave me a hard time about asking for two additional towels making my room have four total. The carpet needs cleaning and the rooms are not cleaned every day. Breakfast was good and the location was convenient.

There was too many bugs and roaches I had to kill, there is gap from the main door that bugs can come in where it’s not blocked. The walls had dead bugs marks. Light bulb was out.

Hotel was closer to a motel 6 than what is expected from a Clarion. Furniture was stained, mattress was thin and lumpy and bugs openly running around the bathroom.

El cuarto tenía sábanas llenas de pelo y muy desgastadas. La cama se veía como usada. Había mal olor en la habitación y hay que pagar adicional $12 si quieres que te limpien el cuarto.tienes que dar un depósito de $100 por daños que te devuelven de 3 a 5 días. El aire acondicionado la tv y la nevera funcionaban bien.

$12 fee assessed immediately, none refundable just for checking in. There were two chairs in the room with rusty legs and look like it has never been cleaned. The carpet less flooring was a bonus but seems to have missed cleaning since last guest. Surface tops seemed to have had build-up grime that needed more than a quick wipe. Beds were nicely made, staff was respectful and accommodating. Toilet was leaky. I could not allow myself to comfortable ring in the new year at facility. After 10 minutes I had my kids put all gifts back into car and we drove the 2 hours back home. We were too uncomfortable to stay.
