I knew it wasn't good the minute she said no buffet during the week only on weekends, doors in lobby slamming because they couldn't change the door closer, was supposed to be the best buffet in Orlando, horrible. Coffee, packaged muffins, white toast, waffle and coffee. Room was even worst, 32" TV, phone didn't work, sink clogged, only thing that work great was the refrigerator until that awful noise it made. Luckily it was just one night.

Hotel picked for a low rate, but quickly realized that "low price" comes with a high cost in terms of quality and service.Will not be returning. The Experience: • Hidden Costs: Despite booking through a third party, there were unexpected additional fees at check-in. • Poor Service: Check-in took an eternity. To make matters worse, we were assigned the furthest possible room, and after hiking there with all our luggage, the room key didn't even work. • Cleanliness Issues: The room was not well-maintained. I found a quarter on the floor, which is a clear sign that the carpets aren't being vacuumed diligently. The closet was filthy and only contained one hanger. • Worn Out Decor: The furniture was stained, the headboard had cracks, and the night lamp was literally rusting. The Room: We were given a minimal amount of towels, and the overall feel of the room was "worn out." We were incredibly relieved that we only booked for one night. Bottom Line: Even for a budget stay, there should be a baseline of cleanliness and functional service. If you're looking for a bargain, keep looking—this isn't it.

Everything. First off, I arrived early for my check in, no problem. I sat and waited for 4PM When I went to the counter , the receptionist is telling me she isn’t seeing a reservation for me I gave her the booking confirmation number, nothing Waited for 45 mins until another staff member came and I got through. At the room , the carpets smelt musky , the ac was noisy and smelt dirty , my throat and eyes were inflamed the entire time I was there. The cable didn’t work I waiting 25 mins for someone to come to fix it And when it did work, it had poor reception , it was only cutting off and coming back on with a loud sound. I had to request every morning for room service as they don’t clean rooms unless requested. For breakfast, it was basic, bread , scramble eggs , waffles , cereal, no fruits , The reception area is dirty , the chairs are stained with mold. The walls are thin, I can hear when the other guest are closing and opening their doors , taking a shower , walking in the hallway , and the janitor strolling the trolley , trucks being started On my 5th night there I was stopped by staff asking if I’m a guest here , like come on, you’re seeing me everyday When I had to check out I was then told I was short charged for the resort fee , sigh I’ll never ever be staying here again, nor recommending it to anyone This hotel has turned me off so much that I sometimes think I don’t want to come to Orlando again.

I reserved 2 nights, but left after one. I would very much like a refund for the second night and will be reaching out via other avenues to discuss. There are a few things I look for when booking a hotel. Two of which are a fitness center and hot tub. I won't book unless both are available. The fitness center was not open. It was being "remodeled", but it didn't look as though anyone was or had been working on it. The hot tub I'm don't think was working, but I wasn't going to try because the water looked cloudy and dirty. In addition to that when I booked Travelocity advertised what I paid as the "final price". I was charged 24$ more for a resort fee. I know resort fees in Florida are assessed, but dont advertise a final price that is not a final price. Lastly, check in was 4pm. That's fine, I showed up at 3pm hoping to get in early. It wasn't a problem I couldn't get in early, it was the way it was conveyed. Just very curt with no hospitality. Once again, I stayed the first night, but bc the amenities I wanted weren't available, I left. I would like a refund for the second night. Ps. One more thing. I had to change rooms bc the tv was broken. Not a big deal, but when you add it on top of the other inconveniences, it's just a lot.

The room they gave me was dirty they didnt change the sheets it was disgusting. I told staff they didn’t really care gave me another room that one was worse dirty sheets blood by the sink. I left and booked somewhere else.
