Highly disappointed with management here. They refused any sort of credit for a botched stay...I had no shower curtain and a wet floor, someone with a key tried twice to enter my room at midnight but luckily the door-stopper was engaged. Peephole was blacked out - why? That person was then shouting in Spanish through the door...at midnight, surely waking others. I had no sleep after that. Even though I believe that person was an employee because I could hear plastic rustling (shower curtain), management offered NO apology or credit on my stay "because I completed the stay". WHAT??? Orbitz customer service attempted to advocate with no results but gave me a $25 credit, so that was nice but it should have been a full refund FROM THE HOTEL.

We were apprehensive to staying here. The outside looks are Very dated and definitely needs a rehab. The inside lobby looked updated. The room was clean but musty smell from the air conditioner. We decided to try the restaurant in the lobby. The bar was definitely updated. On the bar was a runner for drinks that kept them cold, very nice! The 25 foot extra large TV for watching sports was perfect for my husband. The food was fresh and delicious and the portions were extra large. I had a BLT club with fries, and my husband had buffalo wings. The bartenders were excellent! We were only going to have dinner but stayed and had a few drinks that were delicious too. Unfortunately we had to be up early to get to the airport, the airport shuttle was fantastic.
