The resort has a wide variety of amenities and is equipped to ensure an enjoyable stay.

Enjoy keyless entry to the townhome, which has a spacious two-story layout including modern furnishings and a fully equipped kitchen. In addition to the hot tub, the screened patio offers plush lounge seating and a dining table.

The living area is furnished with a large sectional where you can kick back and stream favorite shows on the smart TV.

Stayed for the volleyball tournament

This was a great landing spot for our trip to Orlando for AAU Volleyball. We had friends in the neighborhood so it was very convenient to let the kids hang out in the community. The house was just what we needed to split with a teammate and his mom.

Wonderful Stay!

We rented this property for 28 days and were more than happy with our stay. We were well aquainted with the complex as we have stayed in Terra Verde on a number of previous vacations. The community pool, tiki bar, walkway around the lake, security, club house etc are what keeps us coming back. Our rental had everything we needed including lots of bakeware & cooking utensils. The disney themed waffle maker was a hit! After a call to management for a replacement toaster, a new one arrived almost immediately! We enjoyed the hottub and the unit’s location facing a corner of the lake and 3-4 min walk to the pool. We would definitely rent again! Thank you

Really nice stay!

This was a great space for our family trip to the area. Plenty of space in the home to accommodate 7 of us. The kids really enjoyed the Mickey Mouse touches in the kitchen area, along with the themed bedrooms and bunkbed. Loved having the washer/dryer in the home. The hot tub was super nice to have right out back. Parking was easy. The location was great; Target and the Dollar Tree were close enough to pick up any necessities. Plenty of restaurants in the area, as well. The clubhouse was nice but nothing crazy special. The pool was a little colder than we would have liked, so we didn't use it a lot. We did enjoy the mini-golf and basketball at the clubhouse (free, just need an ID to hold). We didn't buy the $20 gate pass (we just showed our ID each time at the gate, which only took 1-2 minutes). One of our highlights at this property was the DUCKS. If you walk over the lake to the clubhouse, these insane ducks will follow you and even run at you. We took quite a few videos laughing at the ducks! The only snag on this visit was our arrival. The door code they sent had a typo, so we couldn't get into the house. I sent a text to the 3 different phone numbers offered and someone called me within 2 minutes. We arrived later in the evening, so the quick response was much appreciated. Checking in at the clubhouse was also slow- I had to wait about 12 minutes because the one person was on break.

This townhouse was PERFECT for our family of adults, teenagers & young children. Everyone had plenty of space & privacy. Beds & couches were very comfortable. Property gated & well lit. Close to plenty of food options and Wal-Mart. Easy drive & accessible to Disney, Universal & other Orlando attractions. Parking spot right outside front door. Keypad entry. Very clean, modern & well maintained unit. Private patio & hot tub very inviting. Clubhouse pool very refreshing. Easy booking process. Timely & detailed communication with property manager. Magical Experience

Everything about this property & the process was absolutely perfect. The pictures really don’t do the property any justice. The home was clean and the theme of the rooms were so cute. My family & I stayed here for a total of 5 days! Vicki was very hands on, there was miscommunication on my end pertaining to a delivery but she and the property manager handled it with professionalism & urgency. I will definitely suggest this property. It is in a central location of everything with a Walmart right down the street. I plan to book this property next time I am in town. Thanks again Vicki for making my family’s stay magical..

The house was great location to give the kids the world and Disney property. The house was very clean and exactly as described. Everything was good

The place was nice and had lots of extras. The only complaints we had was the upstairs sink wasn’t draining & backing up very quickly & there was trash left all over on the front porch when we got there. Other than that, everything was great.

Excellent location, closed and secured environment. Access to swimming pool and other recreational amenities. Quiet so you sleep very well. Close to all the possible and known attractions. House is equipped with ALL that you need for your stay. Clean and well prepared. We are very satisfied with what we experienced. Very nice selection for vacational stay.
