Pool was closed. Service at the restaurant and bar was very poor. Took 30 minutes for a waiter to come to the table and another 45 to get drinks. At check-in I was told to wait for a phone call when my room was ready in 15 minutes. 30 minutes later I had to walk up to the desk to find out it had been ready. Nice building and rooms, poor service.

The front desk staff was pretty useless. The price is insane for what the hotel offers. The food was mediocre. The parking sucks.

Valet parking around the back of property… kind of confusing since the front door is by a bus lane. Otherwise gorgeous hotel, clean and spacious rooms. Great staff and 6th floor pool area is hoppin. Very posh and eclectic. Would definitely stay again.

A very dirty run down hotel

They falsely advertise to be a luxury hotel. I rented a king suite for two nights. The entrance to the hotel is nice but all other amenities are run down. The carpet in my room was gross. My feet were dirty from walking in the room barefoot. Their TVs are old and do not work properly. They did not tell me that my suite was on a banquet floor which had a wedding. It was very loud all day with people yelling and doors slamming. The pool area and bar were unsanitary and the hottub was out of service. The restaurant and bar are allowed to be over a safe capacity for body count. I told the Manager these things and he said he was sorry and to come back another time! LOL! No thank you. Will not be going back to this cruddy hotel. Really a terrible experience.
