Amazing place to stay!

Such an amazing place to stay. It literally felt like home. The bedroom, the furniture, the home decor, everything was on point. My family and I had a great time there. My kids got super excited to see the themed bedrooms and the gaming areas.

Very peaceful home!

When we arrived, the weather was a little erratic but as soon as we walked in the soundproof walls silenced the storm. The home is pretty warm, even infants can crawl around safely.

Easy checkin and Checkout

My dad is an introvert and he doesn't prefer to visit crowded places. He planned a family weekend with us and I booked this resort for our stay. My whole family loved this place. We checked in late but they still accommodate us. It's a very nice place to spend time with your family, friends, and colleagues. I will stay there again.

Great Staff

We got our time wrong and arrived earlier than planned but the staff was top-notch- they processed us despite the hour. They helped us move in and were very responsive throughout our stay. For me, the deluxe swimming pool is the part to remember, my kids will say the gaming room, am sure.

Our overall stay was great, but the parking situation was very difficult, we should have been made aware, before making our payment that we only could park five vehicles at a house that could accommodate thirty plus people.Thank you.

Beautifully kept. Accurate Description

House was more than adequate room for our size group of 23 adults. Never felt crowded. It was a pain getting into/out of Solterra gate depending on the time of day but that would be the only negative. House was beautiful and well kept. Villatel is great with providing information and communicating.

Had a memorable stay…

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Hero’s Hideout. All the rooms were very spacious and well-kept, and we were given plenty of amenities. The kids loved the arcade, pool, game room, and all the playrooms. There was a lot of space for us to hang out together and the kitchen was also nicely stocked for us to cook everyday. We do wish that there were some stainless steel pots and pans for us to use, as well as nonstick pans and more serving spoons. Many of the knives were also blunt, making it a little difficult for us to cook freely. Other than that, the kitchen had plenty of cutlery, dishes, and appliances. A vacuum would have also made cleaning up much easier, rather than only having a broom and dustpan. Overall, we absolutely loved our time at the house. We appreciated the security, as well as the tennis courts and water park at the clubhouse.

Best Place for get together!

My best friend threw his birthday party in this villa. He invited me and all of his friends for a long week’s stay. We had a great time there. Although we are adults, we still did all the different activities there. We played pool in the loft. We cooked and watched movies together. Themed arcade room reminded me of my childhood. I love the cleanliness of this resort. Although more units are under construction, it still didn't affect our stay.

Best stay in Orlando.

The house was without blemish, new and enough to accommodate our large family. We enjoyed the water park every day while the kid’s playroom and the themed sleeping bunks were loads of fun for our 7 children. There was plenty of construction in the area but the house exceeded our expectations. It is the best we have stayed in Orlando.
