COMPLETELY UPDATED inside and out, including HVAC System and POOL Heat.
Purchased and RENOVATED with new Kitchen appliances, all new paint in and out, new carpeting in the bedrooms and clean beautiful tiles complete the flooring throughout the home. We continuously update as we have just install an all new HVAC unit and several new smart TVs. We have added more items to the kitchen for you convenience, if you do not find what you want in the kitchen, just let us know, it will probably be there on your next visit.
This beautiful house is perfect for your vacation home. The house comes equipped with everything you will need for the best vacation destination in the world. This great home offers a pool with spa and is located on a premium south facing conservation lot at the beautiful award-winning Terra Verde Resort, No rear neighbors and with an extended pool deck and screen covered lanai, you can enjoy the sun all day long.
Home is rented fully furnished including all electronics. It includes free Cable television, there are 6 smart TVs in the house, free WIFI, and free telephone service and Pool Heat when requested for an additional fee.
The kitchen has a breakfast bar and dining area, so along with the living room and games room there is plenty of space for the entire family.


The resort features an arcade room, spa, theater, tennis court, basketball court, beach volleyball court, shuffleboard, playground, hammock area, mini golf, table tennis, fitness room and a heated pool & Hot Tub with an outdoor bar and tiki hut for all our guests to use.
The Clubhouse is an short easy walk just up the street from the house. You may use all the resort activities upon your arrival. If you arrive early go enjoy the resort pool before checking into the house.

Handy to Disney parks

Tucked away in the western edge of Kissimmee. This typical holiday villa was comfortable and accessible to the Disney parks. Universal a little further. The wildlife was a surprise but as the pool area is netted on a few small lizards got in. The furniture and rooms were very comfortable, kitchen well stocked, but appliances needed a bit of getting used to. The Games room was a hit with the boys and we enjoyed our stay.

A Family Holiday to Remember

The property was great it ticked all our boxes, central location to all the theme parks and shopping, gated estate with a great walk around the lake, where the children fed the ducks, and we drunk complimentary coffee at the club house. The pool was great in the evening after a busy day in the parks. We made good use of the well-appointed kitchen and laundry facilities. John’s recommendation for dining in Celebration was also spot on, with the Tavern making a fuss of the children allowing them to be photographed with the live lobsters. The family all agree that the villa made our holiday very special. We highly recommend this property and our hosts and look forward to a return visit hopefully in the near future.

Great family vacation

This was a great spot for 6 of us on a family trip- we had all ages (6,10,13, and 81yo grandma). Everyone enjoyed this spot. Kids had a blast in the pool and hot tub and also enjoyed the community pool and tiki bar, it’s a short 3-5 min walk and has great drinks and good. It advertises fishing but you need your own gear and bait- woman at the front desk indicated she’s never heard of anyone catching anything. This bummed the kids out but everything else was great. We did an airboat tour while here and that was a blast. The rental is a little outdated but everything was comfortable, clean and worked great.

Paradise

We loved our stay here! Clean, quiet, relaxing. Pool super clean. Resort pool was fun to play in during the sunny days! Tiki Bar had such good drinks and good snack while being at the pool! Close to everything we wanted to do (Disney and Medieval Times) and close to Walmart for things we needed. Would stay here again for a longer stay.

Great Disney Stay

This house was the perfect location! About 20 minutes to Disney. A great value for the number of bedrooms and bathrooms. The place was very clean and had everything that we needed. John was very responsive when we had some electrical issues, a wonderful host. The private pool and spa were nice to have at the end of a long park day.

Our family had such a great stay here. The house and pool was very clean. We had the pool heated for our visit in January and it was so worth it! We swam nearly every day no matter the weather and hit the hot tub after those long days at the theme parks. The game room was wonderful, air hockey foosball, pool, and ping pong! We spent all our free time at the house when we weren’t at the theme parks. This house was so close (20-30min) to all the Orlando theme parks. We only had warm weather one day so we drove 1 hr that day to Cocoa Beach to boogie board. We had a lovely stay and everyone at Terra Verde was helpful and the property management was very responsive to the one (small) issue I had. Great vacation!

A home from home

This is our second stay here and we still love the property and the location. Very peaceful after the hustle and bustle of the theme parks. Homely with lots of useful cooking utensils, games room, nice outside space and a good coffee machine. Four adults and a child did not feel cramped and under each others feet.

The house was adequate for 4 people (I think it would be too small for the maximum of 8!) The pool and spa pool was an excellent feature. One thing that was missing was a BBQ! It would have been awesome to sig by the pool and cook come food on the BBQ.

Sweet 16

We stayed for my daughter’s sweet 16 celebration. Great location! Within 20-25 minutes of everything we wanted: Universal, Seaworld, Gatorland and Marsh Landing! The Walmart was a few minutes up the road which was very convenient.

A home from home

We had a wonderful time and especially enjoyed finding the home in such a clean state (we are fussy Londoners) with plenty of utensils to be able to cook a meal or two. The beds were very comfortable indeed. The house is on a private estate with a large communal pool, mini golf and lots of other facilities as well as the pool and games room in the house. Walmart is close by (a very short drive) and there are plenty of other places to eat and or get groceries. I am sure we will be back in the coming years as there is so much to do in the area and the complex and house are both lovely and very welcoming.

This property was excellent. Clean, well kept and perfect for our first trip in 13 years. Hosts are available, kind, knowledgeable and gracious. Cleaning crew was prompt, courteous, professional and thorough. Would book again. Easy Disney, shopping, restaurant and hospital (which unfortunately was necessary/ UCF Lake Nona ROCKS!!)accessability. Price point matched the property. Really allowed us to make memories!

Wonderful vacation spot!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this Terra Verde home. It was very clean and spacious with all the comforts of home. The pool/spa was the highlight of the house. We even built in an extra day of just staying at the house to enjoy it. The game room was a fun bonus as well. The owner was quick to respond to any questions prior to and during the trip. We would highly recommend this home to anyone. Thank you. Note: The resort's gate card is now $20 and non-refundable.

The pool was full of sand, it did not appear to have been vaccumed in some time. I am not sure the owners are even aware. The owners were very responsive. Unfortunately, on our first day the AC wasn't working but was dealt with immediately. Afterward the email asking if we left doors open which had me concerned and on our outing, I questioned all of my family members and asked the owner if anything was wrong, and informed him that when we left all the doors were closed, shades covered the windows and curtains closed. Shortly after a response was that it was only a reminder. That and getting texted immediately after arriving home late in the evening after we were seen entering on the door bell, I found that to be a bit invasive and the reminder on my vacation beyond what was in the welcome book was a bit uncomfortable for us. The pool towels were clean but resembled the cheap ones you get at the hotel pool. We have rented many houses, I just couldn't in comparison give this home more than 3 stars. We left the house, in good condition including washing towels and stripping some beds, which was not required in the check out process. The owners were extremely responsive and nice to talk to just a bit much in the excessive communication and times that just were not okay and the pool condition gives it 3 stars overall.
