FOOD: As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerator or kitchen closets, all food items will be removed after guests check out and no supply of items such as salt, condiments, coffee powder, etc will be provided.

POOL HEATER: Please note the pool heater works through HEAT EXCHANGE and might not be able to raise the water to the desired temperature (88F) during colder months between November through March if the surrounding air temperature is too low (at or below 55F degrees). The entire pool will be heated which could take up to 24 hours.

There is an extra charge of $30/day for the pool heating service which must be ordered for the entire stay and paid one week before your arrival date.

BBQ Grill: A Gas grill can be rented for $40/stay. Grill and utensils must be thoroughly cleaned before checkout, or another separate cleaning fee of $40 will be charged.
