Everthing was perfect for our family of 8. We all had our own space without tripping over one another and we absolutely enjoyed the pool and hot tub every day. Perfect for those long days at the parks. Very comfortable rooms and the separate bathrooms were definately a bonus. Already planning our next stay. Can't wait to stay here again.

Wonderful place and location

Wonderful house, had everything we needed and loved the pool. Great community and walking distance to the splashpad, which was great for the kids. Very close to Disney and perfect for the rest days in between.

First Florida vacation

This was our first trip to Florida and we were happy with our stay. Place was clean and tidy although a slight bit dated we still very much enjoyed our stay and would start again. Location is perfect! Close to everything

Did the Disney thing with our (adult) kids and grandkids. House was a great base of operations. Pool was especially popular after a hot, muggy day at the parks.

Great place to stay!

The place was very comfortable. There was enough room for everyone. The pool and hot tub were great. The owner is very pleasant as well as the management. No problem with my guests coming in. I would recommend this place for your next vacation.

Wonderful clean home ! Close to the parks . Beds were very comfortable . Nice pool and hot tub to relax in after long days of walking at Disney. Kids loved having their own spaces at night to relax. Only thing I would improve on is the number of towels per bathroom- 2 provided in each really wasn’t enough for our family. We bought some pool towels at Walmart. Other than that , a lovely stay !

Florida vacation

This is a lovely villa in an excellent location for visiting the parks. The hosts were excellent and communication was easy. The pool is wonderful and the villa is very spacious. The only issue we had was there were a few cockroaches in the villa which we were not too keen on!

Florida Vacation

The house was perfect for our family of five! There were 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and plenty of space in the living room, dining room, and kitchen! The location was safe and secure and just minutes from several Disney attractions! The only thing that might need improvement is the communication between the propery owner and the guests. We sent a few messages to the property owner but never got a response back.

Lovely area

We enjoyed our stay. The location of Windsor hills is our favorite. As well as the amenities. Close to Disney and shopping. It did take some time for the fridge to cool down which was an issue for fresh groceries. The tub was plugged but they sent someone to fix immediately which was great.

Layout is good.

We found the layout of the property very good. The house itself is very worn and needs some tlc. Beds need to be replaced and just better stuff needed all around from the pillows to the cooking utensils and hey how about some oven mitts.Maybe we’re just picky.

4BR/4BA home in Windsor Hills

This large 4BR/4BA home in Windsor Hills met our expectations. We loved the location and the size of this home for our party of 5 adults. We enjoyed the recreation room with the ping pong table. The pool area did need some general maintenance such as cleaning the brick around the pool and weeds growing through the pool deck. The pool water was crystal clear, though, and we spent many hours swimming.

Review

Welcome packet provided all the details and made arriving at the house easy. Very spacious and clean. It was extremely nice that every bedroom had its own bathroom. Water park was nice on down days. We used the pool and hot tub at the house daily. Walmart a few miles away. Disney parks was about 10-15 minute drive with traffic.

No hand towels. They were delivered. Hot water luke warm. Fixed. Handle on sliding door falling off. Fixed. Ants. Sprayed. 1' of water in trash bench. I had to bail out. K bed and on Q terrible mattresses. Hate to complain but we've stayed many times in Windsor Hills with no problems. Response timing on items was good. We hopefully will come back to WH but not this place.

Great house - amazing location

We've been coming to Disney for 20 years now, and this is our favorite house we've rented. Spacious with large beds and private baths for our family. The pool and hot tub were great and a welcome relief at the end of the day navigating the parks. The kitchen has everything you need. There's even a play area in the gararge with table tennis. Community is quiet and gated. This was about as close to the parks as you could get without being on property. I believe the closest was Animal Kingdom, which took about 7 minutes. We've stayed on property and had longer drives to Animal Kingdom.
