Homes switched with 4 hours notice

I was not impressed at all. Our golf group (Coming to the area for 20 years) has been using VRBO for many years. Parkson mgt changed the house location hours before we were to check in. The new home, although same size was located in a neighbourhood that I would have never chose (crime/noise - generally a poor area). The patio door had recently been broken into as the door locking mechanism was compromised. As a golfing group, proximity to courses and restrarunts is an important factor. Changing houses and getting door codes 30 mins after check in was extremely frustrating. Thinking about next year very carefully,

Well taken care of!

12 of us gathered in this home for board meetings. It was clean and spacious for all of us to have our own sleeping rooms and a nice large gathering place around the dining room table for meeting together. We have done this a few times in the past in other VRBO homes, and this one was the best so far! The kitchen was fairly well stocked for us to cook/serve meals for 12, and the place is fairly new, so there was no property damage. A couple of people mentioned their sink and tub was draining very slowly, but not any other real issues.We did go at the time of year when spring break was just beginning, so there were quite a few parties going on in the other houses nearby. Inside the house, the noise was not bothersome - just when we were out by the pool. To be expected in a vacation resort area!! :)Thanks for taking care of us so well!

Nice place to stay, good location

Very roomy and comfortable home to stay for people of all ages. The property was clean. We had some confusion about people entering the neighborhood, but it was handled well. There was excellent communication with the owners regarding questions and any issues that came up.
