Best Western Orlando West

Was near the Stadium and had a shuttle going to and from game. Every thing was great at Best Western Orlando West, Staff was great and price was right. No issues at all. Well satisfied!

Room was ample, tidy, clean and left me wanton of nothing. Not sure what others look for in a room but for me this was perfect and very reasonably priced

Hotel was very nice, it was very clean and the staff was beyond nice. Good time.

not too bad for the money there are no amenities around Hotel is being renovated dated was quiet

It is located in a questionable area. The entrance is beautiful but is misleading. It is an old hotel that needs some maintenance. The sliding door (so we could bring in our suitcases without a long walk and up stairs) was very difficult to move either opening or closing. The ceilings showed signs of water damage. There was no restaurant nearby and no breakfast was provided. The desk clerk was efficient and friendly. The price was too high for the facility. We found it easy to get downtown which was what we wanted.

This is not a high class hotel, but it is an adequate hotel that is in the neighborhood of some major attractions (Amway Center, Bob Carr, Fiesta Bowl).

We were in Orlando for an event at the Amway center. This hotel is 5 minutes from there, which, was a plus. The hotel is somewhat old and tired, but, it was clean and spacious, had a coffee maker, iron and board, washers and dryers and an on site restaurant. WiFi was listed as an amenity, however, we could not pick it up from our room. I mentioned this at checkout and the front desk clerk was apologetic and said If I had asked they would have rebooted the system. I can't say enough about how friendly and accommodating the staff was. For the price, and, location, I can recommend it.

Check in staff was so helpful. He even hel;ped me to get directions to an address that I had never been to before. Got call from front desk shortly after I got settled into the room asking how everything was. Other than the faint order of the room being closed up every else was SUPER.

The room was very clean, comfortable, and quiet. The hotel staff was extremely helpful and responsive. Great stay!

location is good, about 15 minutes to universal and 20 minutes to Disney.Hotel is old but it is clean and staff is friendly. It worked well if you are in a tide budget.

I'd stay again. The room was near a busy road so there was noise from the traffic. Otherwise, I have no complaints.

Location of this hotel is iffy but dont let the exterior or the location fool you. Its nice inside. It isnt a Marriott but it works in a pinch

No frig or frills at this hotel but it was clean n felt safe. Close to the ghetto but not in it.

was in town for business, close to where i was going. old motel but functional for a nights stay, resturant was not open.

The hotel is an older hotel and some places show it. The Microwave and refrigerator were old and needs to be replaced. The pool is nice. The WiFi is not there, I tried to hook up and it was so week that I could not use it. The front desk is open 24 hrs but if you check out early in the morning or check in late at night it is closed and you have to check in thru a window and stand outside in the dark. The desk clerk was helpful and recomended a place to eat. It was just very dated and needs a remodel.

hotel is comfortable and clean and within walking distance of the Citrus Bowl
