I can’t begin to thank the organization for not only contributing to a wonderful family trip but for the quality of service, accuracy, and ease of renting this property. It was a beautiful place to stay, and we were even able to enjoy the clubhouse. No doubt we will be returning!

Clean and neat

Property was very clean and tidy on arrival. Very nice layout for the 4 of us. Only suggestion for improvement would be to have some cleaning product on hand for counters and such and a trash barrel.

There were some rowdy neighbors that didn’t respect the property and the QR code at gate was tricky

Champion's review

Mostly clean! Landscape around property was not kept up. Red ants swarmed the walk way to the entrance door. Management did come and spray, but they still persisted. Overall the property was comfortable and clean enough.

Still wait refund

Most of stay was fine but we ordered a charcoal grill and never received it and never got our money refunded. We called management atleast 6 times each time they said their manager would review problem. No action was taken and we are out $29.95

Spider Infestation & Bad Communication

To start this experience off, the check-in process was a nightmare. They said check-in was at 4:00 and that they’d send the information to get into the place, however the email never arrived and there was no response on the only way to contact them so we had to call VRBO and get the owner of the property involved just so we could get our lock code an hour after we had arrived. The place looked clean at first glance, but it had a spider infestation, they were everywhere inside and outside! The place seemed clean at first glance but there were spots on the sheets, trash under the bed and rancid coming out of the soap dispensers. The doors were creaky, and the back sliding door wouldn’t lock properly. & to top it all of on our day of check out we weren’t ready and cleaning ladies walked in without even knocking or ringing the doorbell to see if we might have still been there.

Family Getaway

The pictures and descriptions are accurate. The property was spotless, safe, and extremely comfortable. We had detailed instructions on check-in, check-out, and nearby attractions and discounts. Gate information, keyless entry and alarm codes were easily accessible. Restaurants and grocery stores were minutes away, but the host had provided information needed if we wanted any of those items delivered. Our family getaway was full of activities, worry free, and comfortable. I will look for IMH for all of my family's future vacation needs.

Beautiful place

We enjoyed staying here. The place is very nice and well maintained. A few comments about its location. If you’re looking to play golf our just to relax and get away from things, this location is perfect. If you are planning on going to Disney, the traffic is a nightmare. No matter what time time of day, getting to Disney will be difficult.

Florida Nationals football stay

Everything was amazing. The only issue was communication. The water went out for a few ours and they had spectrum cable boxes but no cable. I will most definitely stay here again.

Great pet friendly family spot

Love the Rental Property! Pictures were a true depiction of the unit. Plenty of space for our family and small dog. Property was further away from pool amenities than desired. No TV in 2nd bedroom. Cable connection wasn't available in the living area, had to use fire stick. Master room only cable connection.

Overall house experience. Good but the amenities NO!

Overall the house was clean and everything about the house in the pictures are accurate. The house looks exactly like the picture. It was clean. They had extra blankets for each bed. Depending on your family size there are enough towels provided. There are very little toiletries so take your own. Now, if you are looking for “resort” activities and getting in the mentioned “Lazy River” or enjoying the “water park” is something you need....don’t rent from this property. You have to drive about 7 minutes down the street to another section of the neighborhood. There didn’t seem to be any COVID protocols in place. The park was overcrowded and there was no social distancing in place. The park was small and it was impossible for the amount of guests to be able to enjoy safely.
