Located in a quite gated community just off 192 in Kissimmee. It has 1797 sq. ft of living space, rear lakeview and an attached garage.

Disney parks are only 4 miles away. Restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy, shopping, entertainment are also close by.

After a day in the parks or shopping, relax in the Compass Bay Community heated pool (just 5 mins walking), take a drink or prepare a barbecue in the patio area while enjoying the lake view!

- Second bedroom with a queen bed and 32' LCD flat TV.

This is the perfect property for a family trip to Orlando - 20 minutes from the airport, 15 minutes from the Disney parks, and even closer to the Disney Springs area the property is immaculate, safe, and perfectly equipped.
