The guy at check in was of no help to us at all offering no solutions for us trying to check in and he just sat there. We ended up finding out we had to call the owners of the room to get a room number and undergo a confirmation thing that was NEVER sent to us in the first place, so it took an extra 30 minutes longer to check in than usual. Then we were told there were ice machines on evey floor. Not only did i check with the guy at the front desk for ice machines, but i walked through EVERY FLOOR and there were ZERO ice machines anywhere. So i had to go back to the front desk and get ice from the worker there and he gave it to me in a grocery bag? The grocery bag is whaterver but the ice had MOLD in it.... this happened not once but BOTH times i went and got ice. Now onto the floor we were on and the room itself. When we exited onto our floor we were hit with the IMMEDIATE smell of urine, and it persisted not just on that floor, but in one of the stairwells too. Next there was bits of trash just left everywhere in the hallways of each floor and there were multitudes of trash bags just outside of bith the room doors and the elevators. When we got into our room, it smelled kind of citricy and fresh so that was good, but the shower curtain as we had found was dirty and had mildew growing on it and the tops of the shower wall were unclean and had mold growing on it. Next the glassware was completely dirty and had food stuck to the insides of it which was completely disgusting.
