Disliked: Cleanliness, room comfort, communication
The owner NEVER sent the door code and NEVER even put our name on the list with security. The owner of the condo could NEVER be contacted and the vacation group that owns the unit, their number is disconnected!!!! So, AVOID this particular unit!! We fly to Orlando for our 10 night vacation, to NOT have a condo!! We were stranded for hours with NO WHERE to go!! Hotels.com thankfully relocated us the following day.
