I recently stayed at this hotel in downtown Orlando for a short trip. Overall, it was a good option for a quick stay. The room was fairly clean, although I did notice some significant staining on the mattress, which was a bit concerning. The staff wasn’t overly friendly, but they weren’t rude either — just neutral. The amenities were decent, and I really enjoyed the entertainment options. They also offered breakfast, snacks, coffee, and had a bar on-site, which was a nice touch. Parking was convenient because valet was available, but without valet, it might be a bit inconvenient for some guests. I wouldn’t consider this a very family-friendly hotel, and I personally wouldn’t stay here with children. However, for couples looking for a weekend or two- to three-night stay, it works well. I wouldn’t recommend it for a lengthy stay, but for something short and simple, it does the job.

My recent stay at Aloft Orlando Downtown (by Marriott International) was exceptional from start to finish. Customer service was incredible—every staff member I encountered was friendly, kind, and genuinely courteous. It’s rare to feel so welcomed, and they made the experience memorable in the best way. The property itself is stunning, and the rooms are both comfortable and highly functional, with thoughtful design that makes relaxing easy. Without question, this was the best hotel stay I’ve had in a decade. I would gladly return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
