This house needs some updating and a deep cleaning. We found hair in the bunk beds, and it there was dust everywhere. They did not provide dish washer or laundry soap. We rented the house for the private heated pool, but it was not heated and there is an extra fee to heat it. The private pool takes up to 24 hours to heat so it would have been nice to know this upfront. The community pool and water slides were great, but the house needs some updating.

We specifically rented this home and paid for a heated pool because our grandkids love swimming. Our first day was planned as a pool day. Unfortunately, the pool was not heated. The owner initially stated that we had not paid for pool heat, but after I showed the receipt, they came to turn it on. Because of the delay, we were unable to swim for the first two days — and we were only there for four nights. The third and fourth days we were at the parks, so missing those first two pool days was very disappointing. The main reason we chose a home with a pool (and paid extra for heat) was so the kids could swim. The living room seating also does not accommodate a larger group well. Two couches would make much more sense than one couch and two small chairs. It just wasn’t comfortable for everyone to gather together. Three remotes needed batteries (management reimbursed us), the living room TV is quite small for the space, and there were not enough dishes provided — we had to wash dishes after every meal instead of running the dishwasher once daily. The front door lock would not work, although there was a lock box as a backup. Nothing major, but overall it just felt off. We rent in Windsor Hills twice a year, and this home simply did not have the same “feels like home” experience we’re used to. Management was kind and responsive, which we appreciated.

We had a wonderful stay here. Our host answered our questions right away and the townhome was very clean and very comfortable. Very pretty too! Very safe area and close to all the parks. We will be staying here again and so will our family and friends! Loved it! Thank you again for a great week!

Pros: Pretty area. Felt safe with guarded entry. Conveniently located to Disney parks. Roomy condo. Cons: one of the bathrooms had mildew/mold in the shower. Towels were old and we never received wash or hand towels even after multiple messages with VRBO who said they had contacted the property Suggestions: improve cleaning/replacing the shower liner, better quality and quantity of linens, instructions for tv/remotes, and switch the refrigerator door to open to the left (currently there’s little room to access the fridge with an open to the right set up.

The unit was great overall, the rooms are smaller in person than from what the pictures showed online but was still a decent size for our family of 6: me, my husband, our 3 kids, and my mom. What was great is my mom had her own room with a full bathroom, my 3 kids shared a room with their own bathroom, and my husband and I had our own bathroom as well. Pool at the townhouse is very small, more like a hot tub size, but the community pool was good. My kids were pretty disappointed since the water park side was closed during our stay for repairs which we were not aware of when we booked. Not a big deal but just ask maybe before going if it’s open if that’s important to you. We mostly were at the parks so we only had one half day at the pool. Location is great, there’s a Walmart close by and a Starbucks. Was 30 mins from universal and about 10-15mins to Disney parks.

One of the cleanest properties I have stayed at in Orlando-which speaks volumes! Property manager was quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had during the stay. Was super close to Disney if you're going into the parks. Love this area. Walmart very close by, Target as well, Publix. Several food options that are open late after being in the parks. Highly would recommend renting from this property manager especially for the cleanness! My kids loved the splash pool.

Great stay

My daughter and I recently stayed here and it suited our needs perfectly. Very close to Disney, especially ESPN which we were back and fprth from several times. It was nice being close to the pool area, which was just a short walk. Property itself was very clean and comfortable. There were also enough basics provided to get us through our short stay (toilet paper, paper towels , dishwasher and laundry detergent).

Location was great, short walk to the pool. Comfortable beds and well stocked with kitchen cooking supplies.Only addition that would have been a nice to have was luggage holders in each room.Few cosmetics paint touchups would help the overall appearance on the place- minor review but noticed immediately upon entry.

Perfect Location for Disney Vacation

This townhouse is the perfect location for a Disney trip. It is conveniently located near all of the Disney parks and Disney Springs. It took our family less than 15 minutes to get to Magic Kingdom. We loved staying in Windsor Hills. Our kids enjoyed the playground, pool, splash area, game room and Movie room on site. The Star Wars themed room was adorable for the kids. The rest of the house was clean and very comfortable. Check in was a breeze and the owner was super responsive. We loved the small private pool in the back yard. The townhouse is very close to the pool and splash area in the neighborhood, probably about a 3-5 minute walk. We will definitely be back!
