Would stay again
Check in was easy, the house was spacious and comfy. There were some cosmetic issues in the home but nothing too worrisome. The owner was helpful. We did have issues with several electrical outlets downstairs though. The pool pump/ filter was broken and debris kept backing up in the pool. We found this out our penultimate day as the pool maintenance man came by and advised us after we asked why it wouldn’t stay clean. Also we paid a “cleaning fee” but they want you to dress down all the beds and leave linens in floor along with towels in the bathrooms (which we assumed the housekeepers would normally do). They ask you to clean multiple things prior to check out. There were NO seasonings here so you will have to buy your own, they don’t even have salt and pepper. They could also have more plates in cabinets. Although there is a grill, they don’t provide cleaning supplies to clean the grill so we had to buy our own because they ask you to clean it after use. Some lightbulbs also seemed to be out and we did see a mouse and there were mouse droppings in the trash bench outside of the lanai (there was a hole in it so it may need to be replaced by the HOA). Overall, we had a good stay. The location is near Disney and was great, there were also great community amenities. We would stay again, there are just a few things that can be improved upon regarding the above. We had a good time here and it was a relatively quiet neighborhood with lots of families around and plenty to do.
