NEVER AGAIN!!!
Do not get me wrong Champions Gate is a lovely property but we rented through tropical resort. I had to call the day we checked in because the pool has not been cleaned which I was told someone would come out as soon as possible. The next day I sent an email for the pool and was told the same thing now we were only there for a week and it took for the 4th day for someone to come out to half ass clean the pool. I also informed them about the stains on the comforters and nose pickings on the wall near one of the king rooms which is where one of the adults were sleeping. Not to mention the area rug in the living room that I vacuumed myself because it was not done. I was informed that they could send house keeping which I agreed to and of course they never came. I also purchased my own pan and spatula because they only provided old pans and grilling spatulas. I have stayed at plenty of other properties and wanted to try somewhere new. Let’s just say this is not one property I will stay again or if I do it will not be with the same renting company.
