Villa Diamantine is truly an elegant, private and spacious villa in a gated community near Orient Beach. We have visited St. Martin a dozen times and this is by far the nicest place we have stayed at. The design, layout, furnishings, art work, pool and landscaping with extensive up lighting is amazing. Everything we needed was there and in great condition. We felt like we were in a beautiful modern private residence.

Amazing Villa / Beautiful View

The villa was outstanding. It is super spacious and comfortable. All 3 bedrooms were great. The kitchen was very easy for us to use. The hosts even provided a small gift upon arrival. The pool is outstanding although it is not heated. The view from the villa is gorgeous. 10 minutes away from both beaches: orient bay and grand case. 5 min away from an amazing supermarket: Super U. The hosts were always responsive throughout the booking process and were extremely kind and helpful when we met them. Overall amazing villa and an amazing experience. Will definitely stay there again.

Great vacation in St. Martin

We stayed for nine days at Villa Diamantine and had a fabulous experience. The villa is beautiful, well equipped, and in a terrific location. Close to Orient Beach and numerous restaurants. Some days we just hung out by the pool. The property manager was outstanding and very responsive when we had a few questions. Highly recommend.

Best stay on SXM so far

This is our 6th VRBO stay on SXM. Even nicer than the pics. All the kitchen stuff we needed. Very private pool. The folks met us in person both arriving and leaving and had basically nothing to do for clean up on our part to check out.

Villa Diamontine is the Best

We just loved the house! Everything about the property is exactly as shown online. Loved the kitchen and the patio living. Elena and Nathalie are perfect hosts and the communication level was outstanding. We can’t wait to come back here to paradise!

New Years family vacation

We had a great experience at the villa. Elena the host was excellent in answering all my questions timely and providing anything I may have needed during the stay. Villa looks as advertised and is close to orient bay beaches and restaurants. We were a family of 5 and It was spacious and clean.
