Located in Mont Vernon, on the top floor, in front of the magnificent beach of Orient Bay and close to all the shops, this spacious studio offers an incredible view of the sea!

As soon as you enter, you will find a fully equipped and fitted kitchen. The sleeping area is equipped with a king size bed (200x200) and a dressing room for your comfort. The living room has an additional sofa bed and opens onto a covered terrace offering a breathtaking view of Orient Bay.

The apartment is equipped with all the necessary amenities to make your stay enjoyable, including a washing machine, air conditioning, dishwasher, high-speed fiber optic internet connection and roller shutters.

You can also enjoy the shared swimming pool with 3 basins of the residence, ideal for refreshing and relaxing (open all year from 8am to 6pm).
Also appreciate the non-nominative car park of the residence to park your rental car there in complete safety.

Additional cleaning on request can be scheduled at an additional cost as well as the rental of cots

It is important to note that you are on a small island where the infrastructure may be different and smaller than on a mainland. Therefore, there may be temporary malfunctions in the water and electricity distribution networks. The distribution companies are doing everything possible to quickly restore any cuts.

Please note that the water distributed comes from a desalination plant which requires electricity to operate. We cannot be held responsible for this, but rest assured that we will do everything we can to ensure you have a pleasant stay.
