Cool (tiled) and shaded terrace, exceptional panoramic view including the entire Orient Bay beach and part of the nature reserve, with St Barth on the horizon! South oriented, calm and protected from the wind.
Maintained with great care.

The fully air-conditioned studio has a sleeping area with king size bed and a lounge area which opens onto the terrace, a fully equipped kitchen and a separate bathroom.
High speed wifi internet and Smart TV.
Sheets, towels and beach towels provided.

The studio and its balcony/terrace are for the exclusive use of travelers.
Secure residence 24/7.
Spacious free parking, mini market, pizzeria and laundry service on site.

Linda will be on hand to welcome you and accompany you to the studio, if you wish to arrive independently, this is also possible (key box).
