They offer free chauffeur services in vintage cars. The very friendly driver of a '62 Chevy Impala gave me a ride to the nearby beer festival.

Property is very nice with a great location right on the Columbia river. Only a few minor negatives: Continental breakfast is nice, but a few hot food items would be better. They have 2 bikes, which means they may or may not be available when you want to use them. A few more bikes would help. The place is expensive. Can do this for a night or 2, but would go somewhere else for a longer stay.

Amazing view from a high end hotel. VERY HAPPY with our visit

Everything was great except for: WIFI that is incredibly slow and basically worthless. Room was way too hot. Even with dole and window open it was still too warm.

We loved the river side view from our room. Watching the large ships go by was so fascinating. The deck was small but offered the ability to take great photos and watch the sunset from outdoors. We enjoyed the afternoon wine and appetizers, though the morning breakfast was limited to continental fare as they don't have a kitchen. We used the workout room which was ok, but the view was fantastic. The location is great, only had to drive 5-10 minutes to get to restaurants. Could have walked if we had more time for our stay.

Really pretty hotel, complimentary wine hour, friendly check in.

Liked the unique location and the view from our suite. The Fan was way too loud in bathroom. Needs to be fixed or replaced. Very slow moving drain in front area needs to be addressed. Other then that our stay was fine. We were in one of the best suites in the hotel #411.

What I liked was the location of the hotel and the view. What I did not like was loud noise of the bathroom fan when it was in use. The drain runs very slow in the front bar area. Considering the amount we paid for the room this should not have been an issue. Other than those issues everything was fine. We stayed in suite #411 which I feel is one of the best suites in the hotel.

The friendly staff...great river view...nice spacious room!!

Nice hotel on the water with great views. Spa and sauna, bikes available to use, car can be reserved to drop off and pick up at dinner in downtown, and a continental breakfast.

Lovely elegant hotel designed to make the most of the water view. Boats large and small pass near the room balconies! Nice breakfast and enjoyable happy hour wines and snacks. The staff was very helpful in all areas. The hotel owns two classic cars and will drive you to dinner reservations.

Right on the ocean. Great views. Even saw a harbor seal!

Arrived and upon learning it was our 31st Anniversary the staff immediately provided a complimentary bottle of champagne that was delivered to our room. Dinner transportation was in a Classic Antique Plymouth with a staff member driving to and from a local dining restaurant. A very beautiful and memorable experience and both my wife and I will repeat in the future.

Always welcoming and full of self care options! Amazing views.

Your comments are well taken and we are working on upgrading our WIFI. We are somewhat limited due to the area we are located as the maximum speed is not up with most big cities. The rooms being warm is something we have heard about once in a while. In our area the need for A/C is limited to about 5 days a year but when we hear about being warm in April we do pay attention and note it for future renovations.
