The location of the hotel is quite a distance from the centre of Galway.. Hotel room was comfortable and quite roomy with a balcony which overlooked some part of the bay. There are some eating places nearby although not a lot.. Good parking facilities at this hotel also. Internet only available in the lobby area.. Staff were friendly and helpful and check-in / out was quick.

Slow confused management
No staff behind the desk, both rooms took over 5 minutes each to enter into the system, then one of the rooms provided was a 'used meeting room (room with desk and chairs and no bed)' and not a bedroom, after a confused look around there was a call to the room to ask to return to the reception for a proper room. Some refinements needed. Eventual bedroom was comfortable and breakfast was good.
Nice hotel, nice staff. Unfortunately stayed at the same time as several coach tours, so there was a long queue for the breakfast restaurant, plus the dinner service was slower than we would have preferred, again due to the large number of customers.
Staff were very helpfull and was spotlessly clean. Only the parking wasn't great. In the underground the lighting was poor. The hotel is only 5 min drive from the train station which can bring you straight into Galway city. Very nice area and away from city.
Have stayed in most places in Oranmore & this is nicest. Most modern with good showers. A bit outside Galway but fine of you know that beforehand. Wouldn't bother with breakfast though. Rooms are maintained better than general areas.

decent location to go to Galway and to the cliffs
The hotel underground car park should be improved. There is an elevator that brings you to a beauty center and a gym or to the ground floor. No signs on how to go to the hotel from the underground car park.
We were very tired, and the staff took care of us quickly and efficiently. The room was ready, clean and perfect for what we needed. The breakfast was one of our best meals in the country.
Quick overnight stay, however staff were very pleasant and accommodating and offered without our asking to provide an early room service breakfast as we were departing before breakfast commenced.
Owner most friendly and interested in our travels. She was most helpful with information about the town.

Middle aged couple
This was the most characterless and basic hotel we have ever stayed in, the breakfast was of a very poor quality. we were woken at 6am with the noise of guests leaving and cleaners. Definitely not worth the money paid.
The TV services were down for our duration so that was a bit of a downer, but the hotel manager gave us some free drinks to make up for it. The village or Oranmore is a nice place and Galway is less than half an hour's drive away. Plenty of parking available, including the underground car park, which is hidden away.
The hotel was fine, room comfortable and breakfast good. However, the vicinity was extremely noisy on the Saturday night that I was there. The bedroom overlooked a carpark and what seemed like a carport at the entrance to the hotel. It was raining so some drunken people decided to congregate in this covered area, and they were extremely noisy. I complained and eventually they were moved on. But I reckon I got just 3 or 4 nights sleep. Its a pity because it is a nice hotel and the staff were plesant.
Hotel was Ok just recently re-opened and the bar wasn't full stocked. The decor was new but was looking for more of the Ireland old world feel. Would be great for the business traveler.
Very big room
Well heated
Good facilities
Free secure parking
Can't complain
