I reserve a suite, the pictures and and description of the room was totally different from what I expected I got there and the first thing it was the view Horrible and scary, the bathroom old and disgusting the only good thing was the personal I definitely will never come back this hotel not recommended at all

My family stayed here overnight coming from Disneyland and we were really happy with the place. There were some karaoke going on until 2am but we really didn't hear it in our room so we got our good night's sleep. A little bit of a drive from disneyland but it's a nice place to stay and rest for the night.

We were met with a smile & allowed to check in early.

like it close to saigon town, price little too high

Bath tub was dirty. It looked liked it hadn't been clean in a long time.

The rooms were ok, beds were comfortable, room was nice, but it was noisy in the morning. Construction started st 7:00 am could not sleep.

Great value, comfortable hotel for my weekend trip.

we had an excellent family stay. The hotel location is in the heart of the city and easy accessable for all things.

The staff is very very friendly, but the hotel in general needs a lot of renovations. The room had a musty smell as soon as you walked in. The carpet was a bit dirty and the shower needs a lot of work.

Air conditioner is very old and too noisy. Wifi signal is not good on 2nd floor.

This hotel is very clean and in a convenient location. Great value for the money and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

inexpensive for a getaway night. would be back next time

Visting family and celebrating Chinese New year, the hotel is close distance to Little Saigon and Korean town.

The staff was friendly room clean and a good location to Little Saigon. My wif isVietnamese and she liked the location.

Average nothing great but nothing terrible! Would recommend overall

This hotel had good location, always full, good parking( a lot of spaces in garage ) , but I didn't like the way of receptionist, the lady of evening shift had never smile, she replied their questions with her cold attitude even customers was not satisfied with her answers, she didn 't care because the hotel was always full in summer for the convenient location. And the janitor who knocked the door our room at 8.30AM to ask clean up the room when we just still sleeping, we requested later, she said: " she had to go home at 3.30PM so she needed to do it now", we didn't agree and asked her coming back at 10AM, besides that hotel was noisy, guests came late talking too loud, we like location but the service was not too good, need to improve. I hope they will changed

The hotel is okay. I found the room to be clean. The location is in little Saigon so there are vietnamese people everywhere, including the staff. That could be great or weird depending on your viewpoint.I like Vietnamese food, and there is plenty of it in this neighborhood, so that's real good. The bed is where I had problems, WAY too soft, and soft pillows too. I woke up with a back ache every day and had poor sleep. One day I fell asleep in the lobby and the manager questioned whether I was a guest or not. Probably thought I was on drugs nodding off in the middle of the day. I don't hold it against him, but the incident did not add to the charm. If i had to stay in this area again, I'd probably look for something else.

I had an overall good experience. Not the greatest hotel but not the greatest hotel price either. I just need a place to crash when I am working a trade show and this was perfectly fine. The internet was very slow, but good enough to get out a couple emails. The TV was nice. Bed was comfortable. So again, good for the price. :)

It was in a conviniant location really close to where I need to go.

I am shocked this hotel has only two stars. I have stayed in hotels at twice the price and not nearly as nice. I would give the hotel at least a 4 star rating.
