Our room was great. We asked for a 2 queen bed room and received a suite with separate sitting room an TV. The room had a door between the sitting area and sleeping area which was great for us since my husband goes to bed earlier than I do.

Let me start with the good things about our stay. Betsy was very helpful, caring and professional.The different people at the front desk that I addressed a question to was very helpful and polite.Breakfast was good. The staff was nice. The room was clean but had a musty smell I'm not sure if it was because of the rain though.I liked the room set up and truly appreciate the separate living room space even though we did not use it The thin walls and loud conversations from the next door neighbors kept me up late the first night.Parking availability was very convenient. The elevators were slow. My daughter forgot something in the room and the front desk helped me retrieve it and kept it safe until we were able to pick it up. Overall our stay was pleasant. Thank you to all the staff that provides great service! 👏

You can tell this is an older property. The rooms are reasonably clean and the layout is with the separate front room, but they are dark and drawers don't work particularly well. Outlets are not well placed. Parking is free, which is a plus, but there are limited spots for large vehicles that all get taken by small cars, so one night we had to pay to park in another hotel. Hot tub and pool were fine, but we saw cockroaches crawling on the walls when sitting in the hot tub.
