Property is nice but staff was not very accommodating. Card keys would not allow me into the building and stff ignored me on two different occasions while trying to enter the building (then questioned what room I was staying in afterward). Not the nicest feeling. Being let down- During an 8 day stay, housekeeping stopped by once.

Rooms were large and clean. The only thing I didn’t like is they charged an extra $20 for a 3rd and 4th guest - my kids. Aside from that, had a great stay. But those extra charges will prevent me from returning.
The king deluxe was spacious. Room wasn't cramped. Coffee bar was even spacious.
Centrally located to all freeways, breakfasts were great, helpful and friendly staff
This hotel has a unique design touch with attention to detail that sets it apart from some other chains. All of the staff we interacted with were incredibly nice and welcoming. On the downside, the hotel room's old analog thermostat (from the 80's) did not work and we had to operate the A/C at the panel on the unit itself -- took us a while to figure that out! Time to upgrade to digital controllers.
We are still waiting to see if we can get the refund that the Orbitz agent said we would be given. When I realized that the dates were wrong and wanted to move the date from 9/4 to 9/8, FOR THE SAME ROOM AND RATE, the Orbitz agent said it would not be a problem but the email we received said the hotel would not refund. We booked a separate reservation through the hotel for 9/8 but will most certainly CANCEL if we do not get refunded!
