The stove and oven had not been cleaned. I would not use it. The drip pans had not been wiped out over many turns and the oven was also disgusting. Even the overall surface of the stove had not been cleaned for a while. The kitchen floor ceramic tile looked clean upon arrival but it is old and has built up muck. I would not walk on it with bare feet. Some of the glasses in the cabinet still had lipstick stains on them. I went out to buy plastic cups. This condo is in an older building which is maintained well enough but I feel the price was a bit high for the product. The baggage carts need to be replaced (if you can find one).They do not steer well because the wheels stick. I won't go on. To me, it was just overpriced.
