· Dining area has seating for six at the table and two stools at the kitchen bar
· King size bed, balcony access, and DVD player in the carpeted master bedroom
· Granite counter and fully tiled step-in shower with glass doors in the master bathroom
· Breathtaking gulf front view can be enjoyed from the tiled balcony with seating for four at the table
On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

Great getaway
The living room must have been newly decorated, it was nice and the furniture was new. (The pull out couch needs a board put in the top or the cushions are going to be ruined because they fall down in the frame when sitting.)The beds were very comfortable. The bathrooms were clean and new. The patio furniture was nice and plentiful. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need, including a good blender which was great. The pools were good and the beach access really nice with hoses for washing sand off every few feet up the walkway. It was great stay!
