Phoenix East II is one of the most relaxing condominium complexes on the gulf coast. There is a reason more vacationers stay at this condo than any other in Orange Beach. Enjoy the best views of the Pass and convenience of vacationing in a complex with so few condos!!



There is not a better place to stay for you and your family than Phoenix East II. There are plenty of activities including a weight room, racquetball court, sauna, indoor pool, hot tubs, tennis courts, basketball court and outdoor pool. There is even a nice gazebo area to relax under while you're bbqing.



Come relax on the spacious 8th floor balcony with breathtaking views of the gulf or sleep on the large king bed in the master. Also, there is a sleeper sofa Queen in the Living Room for sleeping up to 4. This unit has been upgraded to included new furniture, granite countertops, and new cabinetry. We are conveniently located next to restaurants, grocery stores and not far from the outlet malls.



Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $55 per vehicle. One bedroom condos are guaranteed 1 parking pass. Additional passes will be sold based on availability in the parking lot.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a coffee maker.

The property was very comfortable and clean, as Phoenix properties always are! We especially love staying at the end near the pass, where you can watch the boats come and go, and it is less crowded. We could not have asked for better weather, the beach was not crowded, and we even got to see the blood moon! It was only 2 days, but one of the best beach stays ever!

The unit was nice

The unit was very nice and exactly as described. We were on the 8th floor. There were people with large speakers at the pool blasting music that we could hear inside our unit into the evening. They were there everyday and also decided to bring it to the beach.

Loved the condo and oved the view. Great stay. Really nice. Boardwalk was great for beach access. No stairs! I would suggest that you add that you have to go to Phoenix EAST main building to get into parking lot and get your parking pass. Otherwise we absolutely loved our stay!
