Amazing home in Oprtalj

Madonna delle Nevi is an Istrian stone house set in untouched nature of a small village in the north of Istria.

From the swimming pool there is a stunning view of the green landscape and the surrounding hills. The villa was built in 1918 and completely renovated in 2020. The surrounding area is known for excellent wine growers, excellent traditional taverns and extremely beautiful nature. In the immediate vicinity of the house there is a natural climbing wall and 3 km further a unique waterfall with lake. On a large property the guests have a swimming pool, sun loungers, parasol, barbecue and dining table, children's playground and parking for several cars at their disposal.



Madonna delle Nevi has a living area of 100 sqm and is for 4 guests. On the ground floor there is an air-conditioned living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen and a separate toilet. On the first floor, there are a bedroom with double bed, a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom. An air conditioner for the first floor is in the hall. This was incredible relaxing and good time for our family, being in a such beautiful place, clean and comfortable house, surrounded by forests and rocks. We had everything we needed in the house and visited many interesting places nearby ( the Istrian desert, waterfall Buttori, the sculpture park etc.)

Rustig en mooi gelegen huis met fijn zwembad

Wij hadden een fijne week. Mooi zwembad, huis is rustig gelegen en goede uitvalsbasis. Winkel in Buje op 15-20’. Zeer gastvrije welkom met mand met groenten, fruit en allerlei lekkers in de ijskast. Overal vliegenramen aanwezig. Huis was goed in orde en zeer proper. Fijne week gehad.

Wow! Wat een geweldig huis en wat een geweldige host!Voor mensen die iets verder weg van de massa toeristische badplaatsen willen zitten is dit huis perfect. Wij waren met onze zoon en onze hond (we zagen dat de voorwaarden veranderd waren nadat we geboekt hadden en honden niet meer toegestaan zijn nu) dus we waren net op tijd en hebben extra veel genoten van de wandelingen, de grote tuin en de rustige omgeving. Het was eerlijk gezegd ook wel heel warm overdag, maar we hadden een zwembadje voor hem meegenomen en hij was OK met rusten met de airco in de woning wanneer wij iets gingen ondernemen. Wat verder behalve de top airco; een perfecte keuken met alle apparatuur die je maar nodig hebt (ookal hebben we bijna iedere dag de BBQ gebruikt). De bedden lagen heerlijk, de badkamer was super, het zwembad was perfect, er waren al enorm veel boodschappen gedaan met vers fruit, yoghurt, broodbeleg en heerlijke wijn van de vinorio om de hoek (Coslovich wijnen 👌🏼). Helemaal super dus! En ook nog eens hele goede WiFi wat fijn is met een kind van 6. Zeker wanneer papa en mama willen genieten van die wijn 😉.Als laatste het contact met de host Valentina, wat ook nog eens perfect verliep via email, SMS en whatsapp. We komen graag nog eens terug!

Madonna delle Nevi ist ein wunderschönes Haus mit traumhaftem Pool. Wer eine absolut saubere Unterkunft, ganz weg von allem Trubel und Tourismus sucht, um einfach zu entspannen und abzuschalten, aber auch bereit ist 20-30 Minuten zu fahren um Besorgungen zu machen, ist hier absolut richtig. Es ist unserer Meinung nach den Preis, wenn er auch nicht ganz günstig ist, absolut wert. Bei Ankunft wurden wir von Blumen, einem großen Obstkorb, einem großen Gemüsekorb und einer ersten Frühstücksration und sogar Leckerlies für unseren Hund empfangen. Alles ist liebevoll und modern eingerichtet. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden was man für die Uralubsküche so benötigt. Okay, ein Messbecher hat gefehlt, aber diesen haben wir besorgt und sehr gerne dort für die nächsten Urlauber gelassen, aber das ist auch schon alles. Es hätte sogar Zahnbürsten für die ganze Familie da gehabt. Valentina ist ein wahrer Goldschatz! Sie ist sehr freundlich, absolut bemüht und hilfsbereit. Auch während dem Urlaub war sie zu jeder Zeit per WhatsApp erreichbar und da uns, das Obst so sehr geschmeckt hat und wir eigentlich nur nachgefragt haben, wo es dies zu kaufen gibt, kam noch am selben Tag eine größere Lieferung als bestellt zu uns. Valentina und ihr Mann wissen was es bedeutet Urlauber einen schönen Urlaub zu bescheren. Viiiielen Dank, Valentina!

Wat een warm welkom op deze prachtige plek met allerlei lekkers, en een gevulde koelkast ! Verschole

Wat een warm welkom op deze prachtige plek met allerlei lekkers, en een gevulde koelkast ! Verscholen in een klein dorpje bovenaan ligt dit prachtige huis in alle stilte. Voorzien van alle gemakken en superschoon. We hebben flink gebruik gemaakt van het superfijne en schone zwembad!!!! De leuke pooltafel, de fijne overkapping en bbq en noem maar op. Alles maar dan ook alles was aanwezig in het huisje, we misten alleen een aansteker maar die ligt er nu wel ;) handig om de bbq aan te steken (briketten en aanmaakblokjes waren ook aanwezig!). Ook de wasmachine was top en ook voor wasmiddel was gezorgd. De fijnste supermarkt (Spar) vonden wij op zo’n kwartier rijden in Buje. Jammer genoeg was het matras van het 2-persoonsbed iets minder, die van de kinderen waren prima. Handdoeken zou handig zijn als die er iets meer zouden liggen. In de keuken is ook alles aanwezig, een fijne oven is er ook, dus handig om wat broodjes te bakken. Al met al, een plek die je zeker moet boeken!!
