Take a short hike to the top of the hill to discover the scenic pond. Take time to enjoy natural beauty and quiet. Or relax on the stone patio that overlooks the valley and rolling hills beyond. Beautiful flower gardens surround the home and the patio. The soothing sounds from the built-in patio fountain combine beautifully with frequent bird songs. The large well-maintained yard is ideal for outdoor fun.
This home is a 5 minute drive to All Star Village.
This gracious home, built in the 1950s, has spacious common areas and a recently renovated large eat-in kitchen - complete with custom built cabinetry and granite counter tops. Multi-generational families enjoy the combination of a first floor master bedroom, complete with en suite bath and 4 more bedrooms on the second floor. There are two more baths - both off the hallway on the second floor. There are also two half baths, one on the first floor and one in the lower level.
There are several areas for people to gather. In addition to the large living room, the sun room leading to the stone patio, and the patio, there is a spacious game room in the finished basement. The game room has something for everyone - Foosball, 50" flat- screen TV, a piano and toys and books for small children. The laundry room and a half bath are located next to the game room.
