Between Biarritz and Capbreton (about 15 minutes!), Beautiful luxury house of 180m2 on two floors completely renovated in 2013 "Eyes and feet in the water."

 On the ground floor, a fully equipped modern kitchen with a large table d'hôte gives onto a TV lounge with a French billiard room and an office; all in a very airy loft spirit.

  Upstairs, three bedrooms and two bathrooms offer the possibility of 7 to 9 beds. Among the rooms, a parental suite of approximately 35 m2 with dressing, jaccuzzi, shower hammam, a terrace of 15m ² and especially an exceptional view on the ocean.

  A terrace with deckchairs 20 m from the beach only will guarantee your discrete sunbathing with the possibility of eating outside.

 The site allows you to appreciate a space remained wild with a dune as far as the eye can see and many possibilities of activities (excursions, strolls, sports of slides, surfing, bicycle, horsemanship ..). In addition, three popular local restaurants are nearby: a bodega, a pizzeria, a restaurant of fish and seafood very famous (the Plancha of the Fisherman) open all year. Their activities are mainly gastronomic with some musical entertainment in season but no nuisance at night.

  Small extras: a laundry room with washing machine, two private parking spaces, new bedding of good quality, air conditioning, cleaning and change of sheets included according to your needs. Opportunity to advise you on all the good addresses and tips of the south coast of the Landes and the Basque Country see Spain only 30 minutes !!!!

Fantastic location but could be better in one or two respects.

This a great property in a fantastic location but has one or two things which slightly let it down. The wi if is fairly useless. It works about 30% of the time and is very slow. Also it really is very irritating that they don’t provide towels of any kind. I don’t expect them to provide beach towels obviously but towels for the villa itself surely should be provided? Other than that, great place.

Premier semaine d’août au paradis des problèmes

Malgré le manque de professionnalisme et de communication inexistante entre les propriétaires et l’agent immobilier (aux abonnés absents) Cela nous a coûté de perdre une nuit de vacances. Ce Séjour fut des plus agréables, avec un cadre comme celui-ci, nous avons pu nous reposer et apprécier pleinement notre séjour annuel. Je dois relever un réel problème d’électricité mentionné à la propriétaire lors de son passage le lundi 8 août et nous n’avons pas eu d’électricité à l’étage heureusement, la climatisation de la chambre à l’étage avec salle de bain et de la cuisine en bas était indépendante et a pu fonctionner. Par contre la climatisation située avant la montée des escaliers comme vu ce même lundi avec la propriétaire ne devait pas et n’a pas fonctionné. Tout cela est bien regrettable de nous retrouver à demander un dédommagement pour une villa avec un emplacement superbe !

"Sur le papier", ça devait être le rêve.. mais juste sur le papier!

L'annonce ne correspond absolument pas à la réalité. Le produit n'est pas dans les critères de standing annoncés. La maison est mal entretenue et devrait bénéficier de travaux et d'entretien. Reste la situation en face de l'océan qui est superbe.

Direkt am Meer

Alles bestens. Haus direkt am Meer. Das ist wohl einzigartig und traumhaft schön. Allerdings nachts laut wegen der Bar nebenan mit Tecno bis 3 Uhr am Freitag und Samstag. Unter der Woche ist es in der Nacht ruhig. Insgesamt sehr schön und luxuriös. Und zu empfehlen.

Très belle grande maison qui mériterait plus de soins. Je sais que nous étions en fin de saison mais il y avait du laisser aller au niveau ménage alors que cette prestation est comprise dans le prix. Certains détails ont été signalés au propriétaire. Toutefois, l'emplacement et la vue sont vraiment le point fort de cette location.

Frühstück mit Blick auf's Meer

Schön gelegen am Ende einer Sackgasse, zwischen zwei angenehm ruhigen Restaurants. Im Herbst wenig besuchter Strand. Geräumig, sauber, voll ausgestattet. Teils hält die Einrichtung qualitativ mit dem genialen Meerblick nicht mit (Lattenrost im Bett löste sich, war aber leicht zu reparieren). Schade ist, dass der Wohn-Ess-Bereich im Erdgeschoss durch den Wintergarten und die Verbretterung Richtung Strandpromenade etwas düster ist. Gute, unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Insgesamt empfehlenswert.

Emplacement de rêve, grande maison, peu équipée niveau batterie cuisine, et literie moyenne

Nous avons passé 2 excellentes semaines, les pied dans l'eau. Une grande maison spacieuse, agréable à vivre, une chambre parentale magnifique, avec un emplacement idéal en famille. Une cuisine très grande mais qui manque d'équipement de table pour une famille (vaisselle, plats de cuisson, saladiers, bouilloire...), surtout au regard du prix de la location. Une terrasse parfaite avec des bains de soleil vieillissant et pas de barbecue. La propreté est à améliorer et il faut mettre des draps housse sur les proteges matelas. Cette maison est à recommander pour les amoureux de la plage, avec une vue mer d'exception.

Très bien

On est une famille avec 3 enfants de l'Allemagne, et on a passé des super vacances à la maison. La maison est situé à un excellent endroit (directement devant la plage) avec une magnifique vue sur la mer. On a eu aussi un parking pour la voiture directement devant la maison. L'équipement à l'intérieur de la maison est très bien. Le seul point négatif: Le restaurant (Bistro) au nord de la maison avaient fait en une semaine deux fois des fêtes avec de la musique très forte, jusqu'à minuit et demie au premier week-end, puis à la fête de la musique jusqu'à 3h30 du matin. Pour un couple ça ne pose peut-être pas de problème, mais avec des petits enfants, on ne pouvait pas y participer. Apart ça, tout êtait excellent.

Beau temps et bien logé.

Merci aux propriétaires très sympathiques et disponibles. La maison avec une vue directe sur la plage est super sympa. Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour à la Villa Marinella. Très bien placée pour visiter le pays basque et l’Espagne à 50 mn. Lourdes a 1h15, les dunes du Pyla, Biarritz, Arcachon, Etc... nous avons bien vadrouillé. Le restaurant la Plancha est Topissime. On y mangeait tous les soirs. Je n’ai rien à dire de négatif. Le prix est plus que convenable d’apres Les prestations mises à notre disposition. On reviendra dans les mois à venir. C est certain. Merci!😉💕💕💕

Séjour très agréable et maison bien équipée.

Deux petits bémols pour que la maison mérite le titre de très haut standing : il manque une salle de bain commune car la troisième chambre n'en possède pas et des toilettes avec des portes qui se verrouillent serait plus adaptées lors d'un séjour entre amis. La cuisine et salle à manger ainsi que la chambre principale sont magnifiques et spacieuses : dommage toutefois que le reste de la maison ainsi que l'extérieur ne soit pas aussi soigné.

Parfait hors saison

Semaine pendant les vacances de pâques très agréable ,maison très bien placée car sur la plage, fonctionnelle, avec vue sur la mer (uniquement au premier étage , un peu dommage). A recommander mais en dehors de la période estivale car maison située entre deux restaurants qui doivent être très bruyant en plein été.
