Awesome home in Omisalj

This beautiful property with a holiday home is located in the small village of Omialj on the island of Krk. The interior is tastefully decorated. The house is located in the immediate vicinity of the sea, so that only a few steps separate you from Pesja beach. The spacious living room with kitchen is on the ground floor, from where you can access the partially covered terrace with summer kitchen.

In the annex is the pool, which offers refreshment during the hot summer months. With several terraces and balconies, the property offers many opportunities for al fresco dining. External stairs connect the ground floor and the first floor, while the first floor and the attic with a lowest ceiling height of 160cm are connected by internal stairs. Next to the town of Krk, Omialj is the oldest settlement on the island, with a tradition as a popular holiday destination of more than a hundred years. There are pebble, rocky and sandy beaches and the long, varied coastline in Omialj offers every visitor good summer entertainment. Hidden bays attract guests looking for a relaxing holiday. Active holidays are provided by cycling and hiking trails, horse riding, diving and sailing schools.

Ein wunderschönes Haus, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sehr gut ausgestattet, tolle Betreuung vor Ort. Viel Platz, so dass man sich auch mal aus dem Weg gehen kann. Traumhafter Garten mit zwei sehr schönen Terrassen, Blick aufs Meer. Ein Haus was einem noch lange nach dem Urlaub in Erinnerung bleiben wird. Urlaub pur :-). Eine Kleinigkeit die anzumerken ist, einige Matratzen in der oberen Etage könnten ein update vertragen. Das ist aber auch wirklich der einzige kleine Negativaspekt. Ansonsten wirklich super :-))

Das Haus ist ein absoluter Traum.

Das Haus ist ein absoluter Traum. Man fühlt sich komplett für sich da man keinen Blick zu irgendwelchen Nachbarn hat. Sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. In jedem Zimmer und auch Gang ist eine Klimaanlage. Es gibt ein außen Klo somit muss man nicht nass vom Pool kommend ins Haus laufen. Erst dachten wir die Außentreppe zu den Schlafzimmern ist nicht so passend, aber es war perfekt weil man nicht leise sein musste im Wohnraum und auf der Terrasse wenn die Kinder schon im Bett waren. Die Begrüßung war sehr sehr herzlich wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Danke! Umgebung: Strand ist sehr schön direkt ums Eck mit kleinen Kiesel und man kann flach rein gehen. Zum einkaufen muss man allerdings mit Kids ins Auto steigen. Man könnte zwar den Berg hoch ins Dorf gehen aber bei über 30 Grad sind die Kinder da nicht begeistert. Für Shoppen gehen sind wir in die nächstgelegene Ortschaften gefahren 10-15 min. Da tobte dass leben :-) Da waren wir danach dann wieder froh in unserem ruhigen Haus zu sein ;-). Wir planen schon den nächsten Urlaub und werden definitiv wieder kommen.

Der Vorgarten ist einmalig schön und man kann in der Früh wunderbar seinen Kaffee genießen.Einmal über die Straßenseite und man ist am Meer. Ca 100 Meter "Fußmarsch" und man ist an einem Badestrand (Kies, Schotter). Der Ort selbst ist ca 10 Minuten Fußweg entfernt und ist komplett ausreichend für den täglichen Bedarf (Bäckerei, kleiner Supermarkt, etc.) Unten im Hafen, wo sich auch das Haus befindet, sind 2 Eisgeschäfte (für die Kinder perfekt). des Weiteren sind auch im Hafenbereich 3 Restaurants, wobei wir nur eines "getestet" haben und das war ausgezeichnet.Zum Haus:Pool: perfektAußendusche und WC von außen begehbar was mit den Kids toll war, so mussten wir sie nicht permanent abtrocknen wenn sie mal aufs Klo mussten. Die Schlafräume sind mit einer Klima ausgestattet. Unten im Erdgeschoss befindet sich die Küche mit Wohnzimmer (klimatisiert) und ein WC mit Dusche.In jedem Stock befindet sich ein Bad und WC. Der obere Bereich ist extra abgetrennt und über eine Stiege erreichbar.Absolutes Highlight war die Outdoorküche und der Griller!In Summe: absolut empfehlenswert und wir würden dieses Haus auf jeden Fall unseren Freunden nahelegen.Danke auch an den überaus netten Kontakt.

Byen ligger ca. 90 meter over havet. Huset ligger nede ved vandet. Der er en fin men stejl sti til og fra byen.Grundet de meget naturlige omgivelser er der en del kryb af diverse arter, noget mere end man finder i mere turistede steder i Kroatien. (Myg, Myrer, firben, osv.)Værten er meget flink.

Das Haus ist sehr nett, die Ausstattung gut, es könnten etwas mehr Teller und Besteck vorhanden sein, aber ansonsten ist die Küche mit allem ausgestattet was das Leben einfacher macht. Die Betten in den obersten Zimmern müssten mal erneuert werden, die Matratzen sind etwas durchgelegen und die Betten knarzen. Die beiden Doppelzimmer sind sehr gut und offenbar neuer. Die Terrassen und der Pool sind super. Alles in allem ist das Haus zu empfehlen. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und der Empfang und die Verabschiedung waren sehr herzlich
