This property is an example of very basic, but well executed. Helps that it is new and a good location. Don't expect anything other than the abaolute basics and you will be pleased.
I reserved 2 rooms with 2 queen beds. Only got 1. Refrigerator didnt work. Air conditioning didnt cool. Bathtub took 10 minutes to drain. Front desk worker struggled to answer our questions.
I booked a 2 night stay with 2 queen beds. Upon arrival they only had a single queen room. We are a family of 5. They gave us a queen air mattress. The breakfast room was under construction. So breakfast there wasnt an option. The bed frame legs were bent therefore the bed moved and was uneven. Other rooms on our floor were under construction also. Carpet debris, trim, and tables were in the halls and exit areas. 'Muted' alarm system beeped every 15 seconds. Refrigerator broken. Had to call for a toilet plunger. We asked if there were double rooms available the 2nd night. There were but they said we'd have to pay $85 more for it. I showed them the Orbitz reservation. They wouldnt stand behind it. Ive never ever had an issue with orbitz reservations before. Incredibly dissapointed by this hotel. And my husband and 3 sons one vacation a year has ben destroyed.
