Enjoy all of Omaha with this home away from home! This spacious home with TWO full kitchens and 3 FULL baths tucked in a cul-de-sac is ready for all guests. The beautifully decorated and fully equipped stay features 3 bedrooms as well as an attached garage with a private driveway for extra cars. 8 minutes from the Zoo and 10 minutes from the CHI, TD Ameritrade park, and the old market, families, business travelers, or anyone looking to spend time exploring the best parts of Omaha are welcome.



The Space:

About this home.

- 1st Floor: You can enter the home the either the attached garage or by way of the keyless entry on the front door. You will immediately be greeted by the open concept dining room with an high top table and living room connected. This is a great place for the family to hang out and enjoy each others company. Walking into the living room you will be greeted by a mounted 85" Smart TV, beautiful brick fire place, and a reclining leather sectional with built-in cupholders and storage space. Walking into the first kitchen of two, you will notice another dining table for four more guests to enjoy. This kitchen comes fully stocked with all the utensils you will need and all stainless steel modern appliances. On the other side of the living room you will find the first full bathroom followed by the master bedroom containing a King sized bed as well as a full bathroom. Completing the upstairs rooms is the bedroom opposite the master with a queen sized bed.

- Downstairs: After walking down the stairs you will find more space and seating with with 3 separate couches including 5 electric theatre chairs. The tan couch pictured in the first room converts into a queen sleeping sofa. These recliners all face a mounted 75" Smart tv, perfect for relaxing. For anyone looking for dedicated workspace there is also a roll-top desk with a chair included in this space. The last bedroom is accessible from two separate entrances. It comes equipped with a Full bed for sleeping and a closet for storage. A full bathroom is located on your right side as you walk downstairs separate from the bedroom but close enough for easy access! Placed on the other side of the downstairs living room is the SECOND full kitchen with stainless steel appliances. This is also where the SECOND set of washers and dryers is located for all laundry needs. Step out the back door into a spacious backyard retreat, featuring a 6-seat outdoor dining table beneath a charming pergola, brightly lit with string lights for enjoyable evenings and memorable gatherings.



Guest Access:

Parking is provided by the attached garage and the driveway can also be used for additional cars.

There is free high speed internet provided along with two smart t.v's throughout the house.



We provide all of the linens for all of the beds including the pull out sofa.



All dining equipment and utensils including pots and pans are provided.

This beautiful home was the perfect place for our anniversary trip with my siblings. This house was close to everything we wanted to do and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. We will definitely be booking this home again. The location was in a cul-de-sac so it was pretty quiet.

Wonderfully clean home! We were very happy to have access to the attached garage, there was a driveway as well for off street parking. Fenced in back yard allowed the kids to run off some energy. Cute patio to sit outside. A few games were available but most were a little too advanced for our little ones. We moved the glass tables in the living room off to the side to avoid any accidents with the kids. Close to the zoo which was the primary reason for our trip. This was our first VRBO so we felt a little lost with the check in and out processes. I did not get check in information until the day we were supposed to arrive (driving from MN) and didn’t receive any information about what was expected of us at check out. When I attempted to contact for check in, the response was quick. We were also warned ahead of time that someone would be coming to work on the fence. So responses were timely when asked, but no upfront information.

This was by far one of the best, it was in a great location, we almost didn’t want to leave the house, so much room for the kids, if we come up this way again we most definitely will stay here again, only thing that we had go wrong was the fire alarm went off at 7am and woke everyone up but no fire anywhere than it went off one more time than stopped and this was the only thing but no fault to the owner I’m sure it was a glitch, this house has everything you need

Wonderful Stay in Omaha

The house is as advertised! Very clean and plenty of space for my family! We had expected 6 people to travel but only 4 made the trip so this house was PLENTY of space and would have easily accommodated 6 people. Two kitchens and two washer and dryers is a nice bonus if you need that! Check in process was flawless and property owner returned my questions very quickly!! We would definitely stay again when coming back to Omaha!!

Overall, this was a clean and comfortable home for us to stay at! Very quiet and safe neighborhood as well. One piece of feedback I would give is that check in instructions were not provided until requested, and there was also no packet of information for WiFi or how to check out.

I stayed at this property with a friend and my daughter while doing college visits. The house was clean and very nice in a family friendly neighborhood on a cul-de-sac. There is more than enough space and everything is comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

The property overall was fine, but the kitchen was poorly equipped for an extended stay that involved cooking. Cleaning products were minimal. No top sheet on one of the beds, just a fitted sheet, blanket and comforter. No book with rules or information about garbage/recycle days, etc. Host was not very responsive.

Great place to stay with family

The property was great for everyone to spread out and have their own bathroom and bedroom. TVs in the bedrooms would have been nice. The TVs in both living rooms were large. Swivel wall mounts would have been nice. My son had a little trouble hooking up his gaming station. My husband complained that the fridge was set to 46 degrees and tried to adjust it but he couldn’t due to it being connected to a phone so he said his beer was warm. My only complaint was it being a place for family to stay there was not a great selection of spatulas and no measuring utensils. I had to eyeball making pancakes.

Perfect in every way but one

We were blown away at the quality and cleanliness of this home. It has plenty of room to spread out with three dining areas, two seating and television areas, and three bathrooms. It was especially nice for the disabled, elderly family member who traveled with us. She uses a walker and was able to enter the house easily with just one step. She also has to use a recliner to sleep in, and this was the only rental house in the area that had one on the main level. There was a walk-in shower for her to use, and the main-floor bathrooms were both easy for her to get around in with her walker. With two pre-teen grandchildren also traveling with us, it was nice to be able to send them down to the basement family room with a game or puzzle (provided by the host) when the adults wanted to rest. The roomy kitchen has all updated appliances and lots of dishes and glassware. My husband was particularly impressed with the flatware. Unfortunately, the toaster didn't work, but I am sure the host will rectify that before the next person rents the place. They have been that thorough about providing everything else. The only real problem was communication. The host didn't always get back with our messages right away and still has not answered one important question I've asked twice. Still waiting for an answer a day after returning from our trip. There were also no checkout instructions or closing communications.
