Our comfortable, cozy house features plenty of room to relax, with original hardwood floors, and 13-foot, exposed wood living room ceiling. The Spanish/mission revival style is highlighted by a unique floor-to-ceiling fireplace. You will feel right at home.

3 Queen-sized beds! Two queens and full bath on the main floor, plus a lower level queen bed with it's own Roku TV, desk, and half bath. Ample dining and living rooms make it perfect for couples, families, and professionals working remotely. Hang out in the spacious backyard with gas grill and outdoor seating for spring, summer, and fall enjoyment or have your morning coffee on the front porch in tree-lined tranquility.

This safe, upscale neighborhood is a short distance from the Blackstone District and Midtown Crossing shops, restaurants, and outdoor spaces. Only 10 minutes to downtown and the Old Market. The neighborhood is home to the University of Nebraska Medical Center, and the nearby entertainment and dining offerings of Aksarben Village. Just minutes from Baxter Arena to the west and Creighton University to the east.

The individual booking the property MUST be a guest during the entire stay. Booking for guests other than yourself is not permitted. Stays of more than two weeks must be approved in advance.
