Stayed one night with my husband and kids, very spacious room. Loved that they had two queens plus a sofa bed. Great for our family of 5. Breakfast was normal. Staff was nice our room was clean. Pool was ok.
The property was nice and most things you need are very close by. I used a assessable room due my handicap. The room was great except for two items. 1. There are spotlights located throughout the parking lot that are directed at the hotel. The problem is my room was lite up from them terribly. The blackout curtains can not be closed so you only have sheets in the window. Very hard to sleep with all that light. 2. The room entry way and bathroom area are tiled. The rest of the room is carpeted. Between the two is a metal divider which is very hard to cross in a wheel chair. Either carpet the whole room or tile it all. The room divider is a pain in the b**t. I spoke to staff and they were not helpful about these problems. I stayed in hotel for 10 days. As I said before, the room and staff were wonderful otherwise.

Floors in room were wall to wall tile. Floors were very dirty and they felt slimy, I would assume the slimy felling on the floor would be soap residue. Tiles does not make the room inviting at all. I could not imagin what floors would feel like during the winter months. Hotel avertise hot tub but all hot tubs are closed. This is clearly avertisement by deception.
I enjoyed how close to the highway the hotel was. Additionally, it was nice that there are so many good choices available to close to the hotel! Unfortunately, our stay was marred by a weird smell in the hallways and especially the room. It wasn’t a bad odor but it unpleasant enough to smack us in the face every time we opened our door to our room.

Shower was nice but not extremely clean. Room was okay. You had to request housekeeping. We asked for additional towels and they told us to come to front desk so we did and then a few minutes later they bring to our room.
Great service and good location. Rooms were clean as well.
Beds comfortable, breakfast good! Double room small, tiny sink area, felt minimal overall. Don't plan to stay here again.

Checking in and out was very easy. Room was clean and comfortable. The staff was respectful and responsive to questions I had.
On my last day I wanted to thank my sister and her children and grandchildren by giving them a pizza pool party and the hotel and staff were more than accommodating. We were given towels. The restrooms were close to the pool. The hotel staff gave us access to the conference room already set with the Cartoon Network on. Also napkins, plates, and plasticware were provided. I would like to thank the hotel the staff for the great memories.
Room was clean, but bed was too soft. I woke up with a back ache. Hotel shows some wear and tear. Carpet in the hall has worn spots. Carpet in the room has spill stains.
Decent, safe, roomy. Close to freeway and food. A little dusty in the room on flat surfaces. Found food and previous guests' clothing.
