Comfort Inn At The Zoo

Close to Zoo and all our activities. Staff helpful, good breakfast. Quiet room.

Hotel rooms were clean and staff let us check in earlier than 4:00. Pool appeared clean. Breakfast is provided between 6 and 9, but come reason, there was no coffee offered until 7:45. But there are coffee by the cup machines in the rooms.

Lightening struck building lost power plumbing and a/c.

Convenient location was the main reason for choosing the hotel. Rooms were clean, had a fridge, beds were comfortable. Faucet in bathroom was a bit leaking and was the only thing I could complain about. Breakfast was ok, although there was no more caffeinated coffee towards the end of breakfast time, just decaf. Eggs were not necessarily hot, but tasted good - according to my son. Enough choices with bagels, waffles, muffins, cereals, fruit and joghurt. The hotel has a little courtyard surrounding the indoor pool and accessible from the first floor rooms, definitely nice for the summer.

Nice chance to get away and spend time with family.

This was a comfortable hotel...although there were no elevators it was easy to get to the rooms. The hotel is very close to a lot of attractions.

We left after we saw the dark dreary out dated room. Awful

Hotel was close to our destination, clean, comfortable, and had an excellent breakfast. Would stay again if our plans allow.

We stayed here for the proximity to the zoo and because the price was unbeatable. The room was clean and cozy - maybe a bit snug for four, but that's what you expect when you're trying to save money. The staff was nice at both check in and out, and we didn't have any problems. One funny thing others should know is that the tv in the room was laughably small. This wasn't a problem for me, but if you're a tv person, you might care. Overall a great value for the money, and I'll definitely spend my next zoo trip weekend here

Nice hotel, very close to the zoo. Pool was extremely small and hotel was extremely packed. No elevators only stairs...

They where helpful. Cutest gave us a 2ed floor. My dad couldn't do the stairs. Easy to switch us to a bottom floor. The breakfast was good. The down fan was the noise from upstairs and next door. That's not the hotels fault. The vending machines are expensive. But... We did have a microwave and fridge.

Great proximity to the zoo and hotel was clean. Also appreciated the easy access from the interstate.

Close to Zoo and downtown area. Enjoyed breakfast, as it was included. Amenities in room were ok (fridge and microwave) for our short stay. Only complaint was that the a/c was not working. I did contact staff at front desk, they fixed it while we were out. Nights were still pretty steamy in our room.

Great location to the zoo! Good room for the price. Clean and friendly staff. Yummy cookies!

Close to everything we wanted to do. The Omaha zoo was very close as well as good restaurants. Hotel was clean and had a good breakfast.

The hotel was close to the zoo, easy to find. Awesome breakfast made all the kids happy... even mom.

Very nice and is very close of the zoo ,restaurant close gastations. I really like it I defiantly book in that hotel again.

Room was nice, but I hated it being across from the ice machine! So loud. There were children running up and down the halls screaming late at night and early in the morning. The bathroom door lock was broke. The shower was terrible, absolutely no pressure at all. I also got charged an extra $25.00 for no reason, so that's "awesome". I liked how it was near the zoo, near the interstate, and there were some restaurants nearby so we weren't going out of our way at all.

Hotel was average. Very small pool. Room needed more thurough cleaning. Continental breakfast was not impressive

No it's not the ritz Carlton. However, it's a decent one night stay hotel. My purpose for being in omaha was to go to the zoo, which was a great location for me! The room was a decent size. It has a nice indoor pool that is open to 11pm. The shower pressure could have been better. Driving distance from downtown and the casinos. I extremely enjoyed the breakfast. I would definitely stay again if I come back to the zoo! (Absolutely amazing zoo). Staff was friendly. Yes the walls are a bit thin, but that has never really bugged me.
