Dirty. And a lot of drama.

BEWARE the pictures are NOTHING like the rooms are in reality. We expected a updated clean hotel with nice linens and furniture and got a hotel that looks like it hasn't been updated or cleaned since the 1980. We didnt even dare use the shower. The door locks were barely hanging onto the door frames and the carpet was so dirty my socks were black after just a few hours of being there. The employees were friendly. That's the only good thing I have to say about it.

Creative interior. Access to the water park, free for children under 4ft. For two adults $11. Clean comfortable rooms. Good breakfast

Our party host was very helpful and willing to go the extra mile for me.

The hotel was great about getting us adjoining rooms Water park nice.

I enjoyed my stay at The Ramada and slept good. Staff Members were friendly and helpful during my stay.

We love the water park sad the arcade is gone but our room was great breakfast could be better

This hotel is a joke, they were always out of food for breakfast, front desk supervisor lied to me, room keys never worked, they dont allow outside food in public areas of the hotel even through they do not have a restaurant. I was told you could charge the water park to your hotel room by the supervisor, but when attempted I was told they could not do that. The front desk people where never at the desk they were always out smoking. They made rude comments about how people where dressed. Insulting a couple that were wearing matching flamingos shirt that obviously just went to the zoo with the bags they were carrying. Terrible.

Dirty sheets and broken sofa bed, no cable and toilet leaked. Water park not included in stay, $10 per person extra.

Great water park. Wish there were more package “deals” on pricing for the water park.

Interesting inside courtyard with full bar and TVs for watching the College World Series.

Came to swim for a birthday weekend. Pool wasn’t open and didn’t get e-mail until day of arrival. Nothing else avail for our size family last minute and without extra cost. Event at hotel drained the water heaters of hot water. Air conditioner barely working. Pillows are ridiculously small and not supportive at all. Beds uncomfortable. Usually stay here on trips to Omaha. Disappointed.

The posting says free airport transport. It is only every hour and only during certain hours of the day and i booked for the transport a d arriving at 11:30 pm found out transportation quits at 11. Your posting should be edited to avoid false ad or half truth . Or pay 35$ taxi ride from airport

Orbitz should remove this property from available options. It is for sale and has many issues.
