Nice place great staff ......good pool....went. Over and above to make a nice stay

I show up to check in and we get told to go to one room and the beds werent made, then go back down and told to go to the next and STILLLLLL not ready. Mind you it took til the 3 room to have it correct and ready. Super upset about it

We got to the property and I loved the layout. Got up to my room and it was hot. Turned down the A/C and turned up the fan thinking it just needed to run for a bit. Got the kids ready for the pool (the whole reason we booked this hotel) and was told that we couldn't swim because a kid had pulled the light out of the bottom, that they were in the process of draining it so they could fix the light then refill the pool. I was assured it would be up and running the next morning. I knew he was lying because I've worked with pools and know that there would be no way they could drain it and refill it in 8 hours time. So we went to dinner came back and my room was still at 75 degrees. Went back down to the front desk and they sent maintenance up with a box fan. By now it's 9 at night and he straight lied to my face saying he was currently up on the roof trying to fix everyones ac. Now my friend had a room 2 doors down and hers was working just fine so I know the whole building wasn't out, they just didn't want to switch me rooms. In the morning there was no breakfast like they advertise and shocker the pool wasn't up and running. In fact they hadn't touched it. My room was filthy. Floors needed vacuumed and hair in my tub and sink. It really is a shame the hotel has a tone of potential but we were so miserable we left and refused to stay another night. You guys ruined what was supposed to be a mini get away for my kids and my friends kids.

the grounds and building are gorgeous. The hot tub couldn't get cleaned in time for us to use it (someone vomited in it); The AC unit was quite noisy, maintenance fixed it, temporarily, but unfortunately the AC unit outside was not large enough to cool ALL the rooms on this hot day (per maintenance). All the rooms were very hot and I couldn't wait to leave.

The air condition for the hotel was out for both days. Management didn't appear to care. Overall you could tell that maintenance was not a priority- lot of things looked in disrepair. The showers would pool up because the drains were not draining properly etc. etc.

Check in time is 3, we waited around until 5pm and they still did not have a room ready. During this waiting time, staff was extremely rude and disrespectful. I had been bouncing a hungry baby around and asked how much longer he thought its be, i was completely ignored and when asked again a little later i was told he is not talking to me.. i have never been to such a bad hotel in my life.. we ended up calling around and finding a different place to stay. Would definitely NOT ever recommend staying here. They obviously dont value their customers as nothing was done to even say sorry.

Great space and beautiful lobby etc. Wish the pool had been available (or that something would have notified me during booking harbor wasn’t) and that the restaurant/bar etc areas were open. Otherwise a very nice visit.

Nice size suite. Did a great job clearing snow that came on Saturday night. Room was not cleaned on Saturday. Had to ask for clean wash cloth and towels. No regular coffee in room.

This hotel was amazing in it's heyday. It is in need of some updating and remodeling. There was told on the ceiling in the small how around the heating unit. Other than that the room was acceptably clean. It was comfortable. I like the two room layout. No free breakfast.

Hotel was very loud, beds and pillows highly uncomfortable, hotel staff seemed uninterested (one friendly staff did bring pillows to our room, although the front desk clerk already told us there weren’t any extra so we weren’t expecting anyone to appear at the door). The shower was the worst I’ve ever experienced at a hotel and the pool was fun but run down and dated. Overall I’d give it 2 stars, and rank it among the worst hotel experiences I’ve had.

Nice hotel, close to downtown, the zoo and shopping centers.

Room smelled/ musty; under elevator, no stair option from floor to floor no ice machine on our floor, incredibly noisy after 10 pm. Everything outdated.

The a/c in the room did work very well at all. The rooms definitely need a makeover unless you like living in the 80’s.

I stayed here a handful of years ago when it was still the double tree and nothing has changed. The AC was already running when we got there and it was set down to 60 degrees. Ran 24/7 and I'd say it never got colder than 74 at best (didn't work on the last stay either). Other reviews complained about poor AC also. We had to leave the lights on to warm up in our bathroom for about 5 minuets just so it was bright enough to see. Our room was clean for the most part, there were a few obvious things that made me question the thoroughness of the house keeping. Only one of the elevators was operational in the hotel. Like other reviews had stated, the breakfast really fails in this hotel. The reason it fails isn't because of crappy food, it's because they have one person running ragged trying to keep up with 40-ish guest all at one time. Everything was out or almost out all though that lady was working her butt off trying to keep up, she put forth a good effort. They really need 2 people at minimum restocking breakfast foods as there were a lot of people waiting around for food. Come on management, reading through all the reviews.......this is the one thing you guys are constantly criticized about. Hotel management, I know you read these reviews and you say that you're working on changing things for the better but after many bad reviews of your breakfast, it's quite obvious that you don't really care about it. I would likely recommend this hotel only based on the price and location.

The beds were incredibly small. Felt more like a twin with a little more room . It was very tight squeeze for me and my baby. My husband had to sleep in the other bed. The love seat pull out was pretty thin and didnt look like it would hold an adult. It was neat that the beds were in a separate room from the kitchenette and livingroom area. The breakfast was good. The man behind the counter was nice but didn't tell us any information about check out breakfast wifi passwords.. he wasn't very informative.

The staff was fine, but not real friendly. The complimentary breakfast was not great. They ran out of plates, coffee, and cream and had to be asked several times to replenish them.

Best kept secret in Omaha - budget stay with great accommodations.

Thank you for your feedback, it is commentary like this that is needed for training purposes to better serve our guests in the future. You are correct on the pool, we did think the issue was just the light. As the night went on, the poll started to fill with sand. (2) Lateral arms broke in the filter system the same night, hence why the pool was down another day. If we may ask, which website listed a complimentary breakfast at our hotel?
