Dirty. Gross. Incredible amount of mold in the bathroom. Hair on the floor. Cockroaches on the counters and walls by the counter. Poop splatter on the rim of the toilet. No cups or ice bucket bag. Freezer one giant ice block. One tv didn't work. Beds hard and tiny pillows flat. Sketchy people hanging out in lobby all night, sleeping there. Staff super rude and did not care about the gross rooms. Talked to other guests and other rooms were as bad so...Yea zero stars would never recommend.
Horrible motel. Master bedroom had no lights or lamps. No toilet paper, no shower curtain. Plugged toilet. Someone threw up in one of the hallways, and in one of the stairwells. It dried up, and was never cleaned up. Furniture had missing and broken doors. Told when checking in that the internet was down, and that the pool was closed for repairs. It had a main entrance and 4 side entrances that I noticed. All the entry ways inside and outside the building were very dirty with sand, gravel leaves and cigarette butts. One of the emergency exit doors was broken and unable to be closed and another one was blocked open.
This is one of the worst hotel stays I've even had. The room had a funky smell and half the light switches and electrical outlets didn't work. The wifi didn't work in the room. The bathroom was filthy. There were actual streaks dirt on the floor, residue on the counter around the sink, and grime in the bathtub. No soap and no towels. The phone in the room didn't work so we physically went down to the front desk four times and asked for someone to come and clean our bathroom. No one ever came. One of the times I went and asked the front desk if housekeeping could come clean our bathroom, I asked for a trash can, as there wasn't one in the room. The staff at the front desk gave me a trash can. I took it up to the room and discovered that under the liner was about an inch of red liquid in the bottom of the can. I understand that sometimes things get missed or overlooked, but a clean bathroom is critical. The most upsetting part of the stay was that the staff didn't fix the problem we asked them to address, despite multiple requests. Hygiene ought to be a priority. I was beyond disappointed in our experience and plan to avoid Wyndham brand hotels in the future.

Pool closed pretty early, mgr offered an apology and nice gift.Found a cockroach roaming the bed. We relocated to new room. Toilet ran all night. Found a plastic bag tied over the smoke alarm. 1st room (we moved from) didnt have the coffee maker that we found in second room. Rates were great. The rooms were ok but a bit "cold" in the decorating department. Not inviting. I'd stay again.
Kitchen area was nice to have, but just wish it was cleaner.
Clean (does not automatically provide daily house keeping service unless you ask). You can get clean towel via contacting the front desk. Good location, friendly staff and nice appearance.

first room had bed bugs so they move us to a new room that also had bed bugs so we ask for a refund and they said they would do that.
It was nice to have a suite for less than most plain hotel rooms. It felt more like a home than a bed and tv only. The tropical atmosphere in the lobby area is a refreshing break from Midwest's winters.
They only had down feather pillows and comforters so due to my allergies i was unable to enjoy my stay. Most places have hypoallergenic options, but when i asked they had nothing.
The lounging/common area. It had a very interesting look and feel.
Facility not kept up as well as it should be. Safety lock broken on door. Night stand had sticky spot on it. Checked in later in evening & couldn’t find staff. Asked for nonsmoking room & room we got smelled of smoke. They gave us another room & smelled much better.
This hotel had a nice pool/hot tub area, Large rooms with a front sitting room. Could use decor updating.

It was in a good, central location. It's got good bones, but it's just sorely in need of being updated. The gym is ho-hum. The phone in my room didn't work (which I discovered when I tried to call down to the front desk); you could see where a floor length mirror had been pulled off the wall in the bedroom; I hate to criticize the housekeeping staff, but they didn't do some really basic things when tidying up the room. I just needed a place to hang my hat for a couple of days, and this got the job done, but it's not a place I'd likely book again.
