A historic 1,000 square foot Atrium loft in the heart of the Old Market

This historic, 1,000 square foot loft, is located inside the Woolworth Building, a landmark in the heart of the Old Market. Our 2 bed, 2 bath space features modern decor while preserving the historic details of the building. Along with this great space is an onsite fitness center, natural lit atrium, and easy access to Old Market restaurants, shops and destinations. Just a little over a 15 minute walk to TD Ameritrade Park (CWS) and CHI Health Center Arena (Swim Trials, Berkshire +more).

Woolworth Lofts are located in the historic Old Market district in downtown Omaha. Enjoy the full Omaha vibe in the heart of everything that makes Omaha unique. Less than a mile to TD Ameritrade Park and CHI Health Arena.

Atrium, Fitness Center, On-site Restaurants, Coffee Shop, Lower-level arcade, Washer & Dryer and private entrance.

For parking we have three primary recommendations. There's quite a bit of street parking available nearby. Street parking is metered Mon-Sat from 9am-9pm, if you forget to pay a meter the penalty is only $10, so some decide to go that option. There is a parking garage (pictured) directly behind our building, which is $17/day. Finally, there's a parking garage 2 blocks away at 11 & Jackson (OmahaPark Four), it's approximately $4/day, however you're unable to park there Friday evening and Saturday morning due to the Farmer's market taking place there.

This loft features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. In the master bedroom you'll find a spacious walk-in closet, private bathroom and queen bed. In the second bedroom you'll find a queen bed and walk-in closet.

For in room entertainment you'll find super fast WiFi along with a Smart TV and digital cable.

The living room space features ample seating, along with a comfy queen sleeper sofa.

The full kitchen, with sold surface counters and a large eat-in island, includes a full-size fridge, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee pot, dishes and cooking essentials. Also in the suite is a washer and dryer.

An in-room digital thermostat is at your fingertips to adjust the AC/heat up or down to your liking.

Also available to guests is our second floor fitness center, third-floor atrium and three distinct restaurants on the first floor and a lower-level arcade.

Parking garages are available. Transportation available through Uber, Lyft, and Taxi service. Bus service within 2 blocks.

This is an atrium loft. The only windows in the unit look into the naturally lit atrium in the center of the building.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and 2 bathrooms. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a sofa bed, and a coffee maker.

Great homebase for exploring the area

Everything we explored was either within walking distance or a short drive. We had many excellent meals and walked to all of them. The unit was clean, quiet and perfect for our stay. The host was very gracious and responsive.

Golf Tournament trip

Little getaway

Our family had a great time downtown Omaha. The location was perfect. Close to great shops and restaurants. Parking was easy to find. Of course we came during the week so Im sure that helped. There was 5 of us so plenty of place to sleep but if you need down time just to hang out in the loft there really isn’t enough room for 5 people. With teenage boys that are like grown men it was hard to just chill there. Other than that it had everything we needed. Was very clean and again great location.

We have stayed at this location before but this time it was quite noisy. Music in the halls and dogs barking from various rooms in the night were distracting and made it a challenge to sleep at times. I would stay at this location again but not on the 3rd floor.

Weekend trip

This place is awesome! The Old Market neighborhood is cool, the building is discreet and very safe. The many, big windows looking over the street give this loft a ton of natural light and a really cool vibe. We had some issues checking in (not Andrew’s fault) but he solved our problem quickly and got us in. Communication was fantastic. Highly recommended.
