This place was garbage, I didn’t stay the night, it was under construction, although I wasn’t notified of that. I booked a two queen bed room and asked twice for the correct one but was put in a single king room. I hope to get my money back. Stay away.

When I checked in, they first gave me the key to a room someone was staying in. I arrived at 1 am, so not a good time to send someone into a room where someone is sleeping. When I went to tell them, they told me my payment had been declined, though I had paid through orbitz when I ordered. I even showed them my bank statement. But the lady kept trying to explain it hadn’t gone through. Eventually, she moved on and gave me a new room. The next day, I was called by them around 5 pm, but I was at a show and could not hear what they were saying other than a man asking which room I was staying in. I told him my room number and hung up as I couldn’t hear him. Not sure why they would need to call about that? Then in the morning of check out, which was at 11 am, housekeeping was knocking on my door and then tried to enter my room before 10 am. It definitely startled me and not a great start to the day. Then when I went to checkout, a man started doing so but then mumbled about it not being his job or something. He then went outside to get someone. The lady who came inside at first couldn’t even log in, stating she was still new. She asked my name and I told her. Then she asked for my credit card. I told her I had paid online. When exiting the building a group of 5 ish staff members were standing right outside the door, smoking. Not very professional and especially since this was at checkout time and no one was really paying attention to the front desk. Don’t stay here!

There was trash all over the hallways. Cigarette burns on the sheets. Smelled like smoke but was non-smoking. Non hotel guests hanging out all over the outside property around cars.

The dingy floors , nastey dirty elevators, stairways, poor reception on the television, dirty, stopped up ac, crappy carpet, etc...were just the tip of the grungy iceburg. Being told that we only reservation for one night. then showing the staff my conf # and reservation for two nights, them wantinf me to call orbitz to rectify the misunderstanding was assinine.

Nice people but the property still needs updating several years after the remodel. The ice machine was overflowing water in the morning, there was a hole in the wall in my room near the TV outlet, dirty & long hairs on 2 of the 4 pillows, shower a bit messy, noisy and slow AC etc. And they "Super 8" pics are a bit funny ... this is a glossy Super 8 after all

Very, very friendly staff. Hotel is very old. Elevator broke down while we were there. General areas smelled of awful fragrance & musty. The room did not smell, lucky. The bed was comfy & the room was clean, but slanted. We stayed there during college baseball- so over priced!

The property was not well kept. Very dirty. It doesn't seem as though they clean the rooms at all in between guests. Our room was missing a smoke detector. The light in our bathroom had paper towel surrounding it. It was incredibly disgusting. A friend of ours checked-in to the same hotel and di not have any towels in their room and was told that they were still in the dryer. The towels that we had in our room were still filthy, visible stains. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. There are plenty of other hotels in the area. Do NOT let the pictures fool you.

They tried putting us in an occupied room. Changed rooms, and key cards didn't work. The website states that they have a shuttle. Was rudely told that "No, we don't have any shuttle." No water pressure for the shower and barely any hot water. Would not choose to stay there again.

If you go in expecting a budget hotel or motel then your expectations will be set.

This was the worst experience I have ever had. The room was right next to the janitor’s room. The janitor staff finished the evening job at 10:30pm and started again at 2:30am. The noise was so bad that I went to the front desk at 5:00am, asked them to stop, and was told “this is the first noise complaint” they ever received...I don’t believe it! I checked out that morning. The room was filthy, undone, smelled like stale cigarettes. Truly a terrible experience.

Shante at the front desk was amazing. She did everything she could to make my stay more comfortable, including finding me a hair dryer, and they offer complimentary beer, water, or juice in the evening and breakfast sandwiches in the morning. The hotel itself was surprisingly gritty, but they have put a chic face on it and the location to the Joslyn Art Museum was ideal.

This is a great chain. They basically take over other hotels and make them very modern and stylish. The locations are great and General upkeep is too. Their prices are usually very reasonable. This company knows what they are doing and hopefully will continue expanding. Yes....you should stay here

Heater didnt work, faucet dripped, ceiling was falling apart over all the quality of the hotel was very very poor for the price. I DO NOT reccomend staying here..you would be better off at a super 8.

Nice people but the property still needs updating several years after the remodel.
