The carpets in the room are dirty, the hotel room was dirty, the carpets in the hallways are dirty there were no door knobs on the outside doors going in to the car parking lot, there was trash in the back area of the hotel so when we open up our windows we saw trash bags, broken down cars in the parking lot. You get what you pay for my bad!
There bwas a firee there in th emiddle of the night. I was evacuated in middle of the night to stay out side while fire department wwent in. When told to re eenter, I went to room but could not sleep the rest of the night. I asked for a refund and to spend the next night there and they refused I booked an extra day and that is when it occured. TY' Jules Ackerman.
We were awakened by staff pounding on doors at 1:30 am evacuating the hotel due to an emergency. Lacey Fire and PD service were present and smoke had been detected. A fire alarm NEVER sounded leaving doubts as to whether or not their alarm system functions. A fair amount off trash was discovered beneath the beds. Climate controls were noisy and poor. Furniture was dated and showed exceptional signs of wear. Door molding in the bathroom was broken with pieces torn away. There was a lingering odor of some sort of chemical spray and carpeting showed signs of spray paint dusting throughout the 2nd and 3rd floors.
Rooms were dirty, bugs, damaged furniture, filthy elevator, burn holes in the blanket, screens popped out of wi Dow’s and laying on the ground, people smoking cigarettes and weed outside near the door. Only a 1/2 star hotel at best
Overall i like the location and how easy access yo the hotel location off rhe freeway. I stayed here before and much improvements. I will stay here again.
TV was stuck on SyFy channel, probably batteries in remote control and no cups for use of coffee machine.
Elevator was out of order and no help from staff to take luggage on 3rd floor
Reservation canceled, bathroom sloppy, toilet backing up, drip on wall by trash container, curtains didnt close, bed looked messy bcause skirt hanging off. Mgr not on property for refund of cancellation charge. Now have to spend time on phobe trying yo reach.. staff was very curteous and efficient. Room left open all day by clean crew. Very unhappy about that . Outside very nice appearance. Oh, need more than just carbs for breakfast selection
This hotel is old, and shows it. It was adequate for a place to sleep, but not kept up well. The loud footsteps upstairs fortunately didn’t keep us awake long. The design of the building is quite underwhelming, but some care such as paint would make it much better. The breakfast was very poorly stocked with over an hour to go, and not being restocked. They must have used their quota for the day before I arrived.
The front desk clerk was very slow and had ytpjbke with getting us registered. There were used coffee pods in the coffee machine.
The people at the front desk were very nice and very helpful would come back here anytime Eop

Michael, was an excellent managing host, as well as the whole staff were nice and professional. Room 108 was below average...prior guest towels were left in room. A/C didn't work in rm 214.
The location was very convenient for our needs. The property was not in good condition. Due to various issues, we were relocated to three different rooms
The hotel smells horridly like old trash, mildew and pot... but you get what you pay for i guess. The walls and celings are super thin. So as long as you want to hear everything that everyone else in the hall is doing then you're fine...
