Newly renovated.
Two bedroom two bath home right ON the beach. This property sits on Budd Inlet which is the access to the Port of Olympia, watch logging ships, pleasure boats and all port traffic right from your front window. Fully equipped kitchen, gas barbecue, kayak's with life jackets. Just a short 5 mile drive to the Olympia City Center.
Master bedroom with Queen bed, second bedroom has full sized mattress bunk beds.
Access is via a series of stairs, 45 steps in total, from the parking area to the house. (well worth it) Access from the house to the beach is via one short stairway, 10 steps total, at high tide it may only be 3 steps to the water.
The vacation home is heated and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.
