We booked a premium room hoping for better accommodations. When we arrived there was not staff at the desk. The tub was cracked and peeled. The water dripped constantly in the tub. The toilet seat was broken. There were not enough towels. The walls had numerous dings and chips that were in need of repair. Those that were repaired were completed carelessly. The carpet was worn and needed restretching to eliminate bubbles and wrinkles. Some of the fixtures in the room didn't work.

The guests need to be reminded NOT to smoke ANYTHING on the property! It's horrible walking into the elevator and being hit with the smell of marijuana. I couldn't even open my balcony door because someone was smoking dope on one of the balconies! Awful!!

We parked in the parking garage you have to ring the bell to be let in, the employees didn't hear it because they both were outside taking a break. When asked if the door was locked at a certain time, they lied and said yes. I confirmed with another worker when I checked out. We had to walk around thru the ally in the dark its not the most safest place in olympia for 2 women to be walking, The Hotel doesn't have air conditioning. the bed was comfortable, and they have a later check out then most.

It had a beautiful view of the lake and the Fall colors on the trees. It was very quiet and we felt safe. The staff were very nice.

Staff was great. Champagne was ready for us at the front desk at check in. Made our anniversary special. Cheryl at the front desk ran out and got us slippers and robes on request. Handmade AC units gave the room a special feel (in addition to connecting with the adjacent locals down by the train tracks). Additional spoons were available for late night ice cream snacks!

Good price but that's about it. The bathtub looked like it needed replacing....10 years ago. The biggest issue for me, aside from the dated facilities, is the fact my room was on the top floor and the sliding glass door / window opened the whole way -& it's only supposed to open 3". Very very very unsafe. Will not be staying with them again

Friendly front desk/hotel old,fire alarms went off

The front staff are very friendly and have great customer service. It a smooth check in process and easy accessible parking. The condition of the hotel needs upgrades and is outdated. The elevator is fast and easy accessible. The hallway had a bad lingering smell and carpets appeared to be stained and old. The condition of the room was not good. It smelled very badly in our room and it triggered my asthma attacks. The bathroom had mold, carpet was stained and had areas of hardened stains. The sliding door was left open and the front desk said that because there's no AC that was the reason why it was left open. The front desk was willing to reimburse us because of my health but we decided to stay since it was booked on Expedia and would need to contact them to get reimbursed. The fire alarm went off early in the morning around 6am and we had to evacuate in our sleep attire. We were about to leave and was allowed to return back to our room. We received no phone call from anyone when alarms were going off in the hallway.
